Not HQ Due to internet and bandwidth shortage on ocean . This is the first 5 days of the 2018 emergency marine species count due to radioactive fallout from 4 melted nuclear reactors and media black out cover up in Japan that have now effectively destroyed the pacific ocean chance of recovery or survival it is looking very bleak for Canada and USA . This video shows before and after pictures of the Canadian coast lines tidal zones .
