It was an unusual sight in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday.

Franklyn Williams, 32, is accused of three armed robberies in Richmond Heights and Euclid. During his sentencing hearing, Williams would not stop talking, despite more than a dozen warnings from Judge John Russo over the course of about 30 minutes. Williams even interrupted his own attorneys.

  1. One might think that with the kill lust cops possess in such abundance, that this guy would have been shot 2 seconds after the first “zip it”.

As for loud mouth, what does anyone expect from such low IQ/low impulse control?

(And the black guy should have shutup, too)

  2. I wouldn’t have shut up, either, if it was my life that was on the line.

This is a disgusting display of dehumanization wielded by false power on an ugly power-trip.

    Duct-tape the judge!!

    Duct-tape the judge!!

    Duct-tape the Frikkin’ Judge!!
