OHIO VALLEY MALL FIGHT CAUGHT ON TAPE: During last week’s accident in which a semi plunged into a ravine near the Ohio Valley Mall, a scuffle broke out between a mall security guard and a woman taking photos of the accident. 1. That woman was absolutely mentally retarded. Who the hell does she think she is? The defintinion of a psychosis is to be detatched from reality. She apparently lives in a fantasy wolrd in which she has some kind of legal authority? She should be shipped off to a state institution for the criminally insane.

    1. Here’ s a good example of a psychopath in action, using the occasion to exerce power over other humans ! Traits of psychopaths include, lack of empathy, arrogance, desire to control, use of physical and psychological violence, no diplomacy whatsoever etc…
They are purposely hired by security/police forces because they act without thinking and create fear over the population !

  2. That so called security cops should have gotton the boot a few good times.I was hoping to see some pig blood spilled like the cops always do to the people. I would have loved to see that crazy acting cop get beat up good by some of those others that were just standing around watching. Ya know like 9 people on one wanna be cop/pig. she should have been beat bloody and just left there to call her own ambulence. Maybe with a few broken ribs, a busted head, and the fear of god.

  3. Maybe she should get a job with the TSA. Then she’ll have some REAL power to bully people into submission.

  4. What I find funny is she doesn’t even know her own company’s policy, and had she not been too busy acting like a bitch she would of realized that she was in the wrong. The mall’s policy is against using cameras in and of their facility, this was clearly outdoors and aimed OFF the property. There for she had no right to get involved other than the random possibility that it was effecting traffic. To think I was hoping the little gal was going to use the guard’s own handcuffs on her.

  5. Mall cops lol! She should of went to her vehicle and call a police officer. I hope she looses her job…

  6. The “pig” as you call her, was doing her job.
That group of human trash was on private property.
To every one who supports them, I hope you are someday
outnumbered by a group of bully voyeurs who come
into your space, and your are trashed by them.

    1. It appears that they were NOT on private property, but taking photographs of private property, which is perfectly legal. That ‘some’ wish to overstep their authority and hire people who will enfore (or attempt to enforce) that stepping outside of their legal authority is a given. It has been going on since time began. Now folks are starting to learn how to stand their own ground when what they are doing is perfectly legal.

    2. From what I can see not one of those people were on mall property! The rent a cop was wrong! They were on a public road and curb. She had no right to stop anyone or to assault anyone! She got what she deserved!!

    3. Hey anonymous, what makes you think that was private property? And the courts have found over and over again that PIGS (and yes the term applies here) cannot keep citizens from filming encounters with the police…much less cheesewhiz secuirty guards. She’s lucky she didn’t get her skull caved in. Bully voyeurs??? There was only one bully in that video and she had a blue shirt on.

    4. Sorry anonymous but seems to me that they were on a public road way and were NOT on private property. They may have been taking pictures in the direction of the mall but that is not illegal, at least were I am from any more that if you take a photo of someone in the park. And yes that pig did say in the video that ” she didn`t care if she came off rude in the first place”. I think that that pig should have been given a breathalizer as to how she was acting, she is acting like some damned drunk cop in uniform. But then you seem like you support these cops acting like that don`t ya. By the way I have had both of my knees broken by 6 pig cops just for sitting on the beach waiting for the 4th of july fireworks all alone minding my own business, and yes I payed for my own hosp. bill too, so yea, I do know how cops act and I have been beat up more than once by them low lifed sorry examples of life forms. Yea, I do wish that that damned POS cop would have been beat by every person that was their as savagely as cops love to do to the people. And yes they were on public property, and I don`t think that I have ever seen or heard of any laws saying you cannot take pictures of a landscape when in public unless it was like a fedral building or a place under high security with signs posting saying “no picyures allowed”………. Yea that pig was acting like she was drunk for sure……. Perhaps you aught to get the crap beat out of you by a bunch of thug cops eh there anonymous!!!

      1. Agree with ya Digger!
*Off topic, only way to reply, others please/can skip 🙂
My outgoing not working, tried to restset settings to no avail. Only got 2nd 1/2 of ur 1st, thank you for the supplement links :). Thank you Henry and #1! I’m sorry didn’t get to this to let ya/ll know sooner.*

    5. Three things “anonymous”…first, you need to re-dye your roots…second, you could stand to lose a few pounds and third…you started it and got what all self important facists deserve…a good ass whipping.

    6. Hey anon, I hope one day, some jack-booted thug takes away all your natural rights to within an inch of your life. i do believe you will have a change of heart of how others are to act and be treated in the public domain. we have the right under the 1st amendment, to audio and or video tape any situation we are involved with in the public realm. the reason for this video prohibition is the over-the-top criminality and fascism being perped by the Leo’s today. they have a conscience, and they dont want it recorded on video for all to see the lowness of their debauchery in action.

    7. Yes, those “bully voyeurs” certainly posed a serious security threat. How dare they take pictures and videos of an accident scene while standing so conspicuously close to PRIVATE MALL PROPERTY??? Well, of course Officer Berserko had to show them that she was a force to be reckoned with, because when you’re dealing with a mob of criminals who openly scoff at your commands, and look at you like you’re some kind of absurd little clown, you have to go bats**t crazy on them to make them understand that you mean business. So hats off to Officer Berserko for a job well done!

      1. Hey meyekul, eat sh*t! It is the pig cop type cops that are a big problem here in america today and that is your own opinion and you are entitled to it. Good to know what side of the fence you are on. That pig was out of line and deserves to have the crap beat out of her and them people showed mercy on her for what that pig bitch should of had comeing to her. I still think that she was acting like a out of control drunk, and that is being nice saying that.

        1. Hey, diggerdan, it’s called sarcasm. That means ridiculing or criticizing someone by saying the opposite of what you really think, usually in a bitingly sardonic way.
If I were to tell you, for example, that your reply to my comment was mature, insightful and very well stated, then that would be sarcasm.
Are you following this, or is it too hard for you?

          1. I may be a little over your head meyekul, but I do not use sarcasm to make a point, as I am well known to get right to the point and I will tell it straight up instead of using sarcasm. That way every one knows and takes thing as stated. I have no sense of humor for double talk as that is how I usualy take sarcasm as being sarcastic statements always seem to leave a back door open like ” Oh you took it wrong or oh I didn`t mean it that way. Well sarcasm is bs and I have never liked sarcasm for that reason. I have no sense of humor for that stuff. Is that too much for you to handle there meyekul? Like I said I do not use sarcasm because it is easily interpereted differenly and I am very very much too serious for sarcastic comments as I always take sarcasm differently than is usualy intended. Get my point or is that to far over your head for your sarcastic attitude eh.

  7. Private property? Looks like they were on the highway to me. Jumped up shitheads who think they are god just because they are wearing a plastic badge and a blue shirt are the reasons why the American people should fight for the second ammendment…

  8. That “mall cop” was out of line…way, way out of line. The mall policy says “no photos of mall property” not “no photos while ON mall property”. That idiot got exactly what she deserved!!

  9. Um, let’s see, they’re on the far side of a ‘throughway’ (that’s a road), they’re on the right of way of said ‘throughway’ so it’s considered public. They’re taking pictures of something ‘off’ the property which is also none of her business.
The security guard assaulted the other woman, you never place your hands on someone. If they don’t cooperate then you call the police. This guard is also out of control, counting, yelling, and threatening. She should have asked them to leave, informed them of why they were supposed to leave, and should have called the law. Period.

    1. Actually she should’ve just left them the hell alone, since they weren’t committing a crime or bothering anybody. They would’ve eventually left on their own, anyway.

  10. HAHA! Dumb rent-a-pig. Can’t take pictures on mall property? But they can surveillance us and our vehicles? Ill take pictures of what ever when ever where ever. We are sick of it. Obviously not taking it anymore.

  11. I guess another Company has found it that its precious corporate policy means absolutely NOTHING to the people who aren’t on the payroll there. You want people to obey your insignificant policy, cut a check or shut your mouth. I’ll take as many pictures of your crap property as I damn well see fit, and you will be grateful for the opportunity to have interacted with my personage.

  12. Perfect candidate for DHS or TSA. These mental defectives are supposed to protect the elite from an enlightened population?. This guard should consider herself lucky that her victim did not employ hatchet kicks with the heels of her boots.

  13. Cops, wanna be cops & mall cops alike have to get through their thick, arrogant skulls that taking pictures is not illegal anytime, & anywhere.

  14. That was a great video. The lady who took on the mall cop showed some excellent ju jitsu. She took the cop down then ground and pounded her. She stomped her head then went for an arm bar. She fought on her back and kicked the cop in the head several times then it looks like she was trying to put her in a triangle and that would have been hilarious. Next she went for an umplata and finished it up with a headlock! Good Job sis!

    1. Thats right Bob Chuck , good job sister. I just wish some of them others would have did a little more `cause it seems as though that sister did it all with no help at all from the others.

  15. That fool can rant and rave all she wants like a toddler having a temper tantrum. Her mistake was using physical assault on a sovereign individual, which between sovereign countries results in war. And war is what she got. Her mistake and her problem.

It’s refreshing to see people losing fear and standing their ground. This is one of the many ways to defuse tyranny and keep it in check.
For the tyrants are cowards and will react cowardly when confronted with courage.

This is a shining example of why we need guns. This fool would have had to REASON with armed citizens in a civil and courteous manner.

    1. I agree with you, flek, but only to a point. While the people in this incident rightfully stood up for themselves against Betty Badass, what if a cop had confronted them? It’s one thing to go mano a mano with a silly, unarmed security officer, and quite another to be faced with an armed LEO who isn’t going to make idle threats.
Cops don’t care if you’re a sovereign individual. They can, and will, use brute force on you if you should fail to obey their commands. You’re going to fight back? Touch one and see what happens.
Yes, we need to lose our fear, stand up for our rights, show the cops that we’re sick and tired of being pushed around, assaulted, intimidated and murdered by them.
But the real issue comes down to this: Whose side is the law on when the law enforcers are allowed to violate it with impunity?

      1. “I agree with you, flek, but only to a point. While the people in this incident rightfully stood up for themselves against Betty Badass, what if a cop had
        confronted them?”

I was speaking to this incident only. I didn’t say a thing about armed cops. You can ‘what if’ to death if you so desire.
One can speak of hypothetical situations ad infinitum.

“It’s one thing to go mano a mano with a silly, unarmed security officer, and quite another to be faced with an armed LEO who isn’t going to make idle threats.”

I won’t do something so stupid and wasteful. Nor did I suggest doing so. Again, I was speaking directly to this incident and its circumstances.
Armed cops would be a different situation, with different circumstances, requiring a different response.

“Cops don’t care if you’re a sovereign individual. They can, and will, use brute force on you if you should fail to obey their commands. You’re going
to fight back? Touch one and see what happens.” Yes, we need to lose our fear, stand up for our rights, show the cops that we’re sick and tired of being pushed around, assaulted, intimidated and murdered by them.”

“Cops don’t care if you’re a sovereign individual.”

I never said nor implied cops cared or did not care about my or anyone elses sovereignity.
What I said was that when one sovereign enacts violence on another the usual outcome is warfare.
That’s what happened in this incident.

“Yes, we need to lose our fear, stand up for our rights, show the cops that we’re sick and tired of being pushed around, assaulted, intimidated and
        murdered by them.”

“Our” is a collectivist mind-set. Please speak for yourself. Maybe: “Yes, I need to lose my fear, stand up for my rights, show the cops that I’m sick and tired of being pushed around, assaulted, intimidated and murdered by them.” Individual thinkers are more feared by the owners than collectivism.

Collectivism is very controlable. I’m also guilty of using “our” however, I don’t think that way.

        “Congratulations.
You’re all we’ve come to expect…from years of government training.” -K Men in Black

Why say this?: Government control of all aspects of life in America. This is getting worse and more absurd by the day. And the fact that so many people, by being programmed by this system, even though many hate it, can’t help but to continue to echo it.
Shaking ones core programming can be difficult, but in the end, for myself, it’s has been very liberating to do so.

        Question:

After the loss of fear (I’ve lost mine.), how do you specifically propose doing this?: “stand up for our rights, show the cops that we’re sick and tired of
being pushed around, assaulted, intimidated and murdered by them.” Examples.

“But the real issue comes down to this: Whose side is the law on when the law enforcers are allowed to violate it with impunity?”

It’s sophomoric reductionist logic to boil it down to one position/point. It doesn’t matter what side the law is on if officers violate it with impunity. It
means there is no law. It means lawlessness. It means we’re currently living in a post-constitutional republic and have entered into lawlessness.
This means I need to proctect myself and my own (more than ever) and rely on no other person to do so.

Please review The Battle of Athens 1946.
        http://constitution.org/mil/tn/batathen.htm

“You’re going to fight back? Touch one and see what happens.”

Why can I also hear this echo from cowardly colonists, and parlimentary apologists after the Boston Massacre?
Interestingly, though, with this defeatist attitude we’d still be British subjects of British colonies.

Please understand, it’s education and a specific mind-set that will put this country on a better path.
For myself, I’d like to see 5 things abolished for starters:

        1. Federal Reserve and fractional reserve banking.
        2. IRS and personal income tax (and not replaced with yet another ball-and-chain ‘fair tax’, flat tax or whatever).
        3. Property Tax on private dwelling property.
        4. American involvement in other countries disputes. I think a warning : “Invade us, and you cease to exist” is just fine.
        5. Foreign aid of any sort. If people want to send money to friends in other countries it’s their soveriegn right to do so.

A revolution is necessary and I pray it not be violent. A revolution of the mind is much better.
