Warning: TSA Facial Recognition Plan Likely To Become Part Of Growing Biometric Surveillance System

World Events and the Bible

WEB Notes: The DoD spent $7.4 billion dollars last year on big data and now this. No one is going to complain. If you follow the first link in this article it takes you to the TSA’s site and explains not only do you have the privilege of moving through a naked body scanner and be felt up by a government agent, you now have the option for a face and retina scan which will quickly set you on your way! How about that! To be a part of this “elite class” you pay a nominal fee (tax) of just $85 bucks for a 5 year membership…

This is just another money making machine for the government not to mention an invasion of our privacy and it makes me sick. Years ago people would have rebelled against this thought, but the frog in the pot is slowly simmering and does not realize it.

This is very easy for the government to pull off and have the people accept. Your cell phone now has the ability to unlock itself just by lifting it up to look at it. Instantly it unlocks as it recognizes your face. “It’s a great feature” they say. Most of the time, technology is great, unfortunately it is used for wicked purposes. The government is going to have an enormous increase in data on each and every person in this nation. First it was finger prints and they mastered that one, now on to faces and retina scans.

You can easily see how Satan will be able to lock the Saints out of his Beast Government during the Tribulation in this nation and around the world.

The federal government plans to use a TSA program advertised as a way to avoid lines at airport security checkpoints to harvest photos and other biometric information that will ultimately end up in multiple federal databases.

The TSA touts its PreCheck program as a way to avoid the hassle of security screening. Members of the program do not have to remove shoes, laptops, liquids, belts and light jackets. But according to a report by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), the Department of Homeland Security has developed this program with a broader purpose in mind. PreCheck will facilitate the collection of face images and iris scans on a nationwide scale. Once that happens, this biometric data will almost certainly be widely shared with other federal agencies and even private corporations.

DHS’s programs will become a massive violation of privacy that could serve as a gateway to the collection of biometric data to identify and track every traveler at every airport and border crossing in the country.

The TSA currently collects fingerprints during the PreCheck application process. Over the summer, the agency ran a pilot program at the Atlanta Airport using fingerprints to verify passengers’ identities. According to the EFF, the TSA wants to roll out the program to airports across the country and expand it to include facial recognition, iris scans, and other biometric data.

This TSA will almost certainly share this information with other federal agencies, including the FBI.

  1. Here it comes. Surveillance cameras will be as prevalent as traffic lights, and the facial recognition technology will identify where you are at all times.

If people only listened to the Uni-Bomber we wouldn’t be in this mess.

    1. You pass under a toll booth easy toll, they take your picture. They take it of the license plate, and of you face. They take a picture of the entire front of your vehicle, too bad your face just happens to be a part of the shot. NSA’s dirty little secret. Red light cameras, same goddamn thing, been going on for years.

By a good mask from a novelty store….

  2. Man everyday the fence keeps getting higher before long people will have to ask to go out in the yard . My dad been gone for 30 years now and would not know this country if he came back today

  3. we need to start buying and carrying around video jammers and keep them on at all times. Same for audio jammers as they also record your voice for matches

      1. Naw,not being naive but hey we have to start somewhere to try to protect ourselves, surreptitiously as we can—-where there’s a will there’s a way—- “Can’t is it’s not my fault’s twisted sister. People don’t like to hear I can’t because they think it means I won’t. Saying I can’t suggests that you’re not willing to do what it takes to get the job done.”
