This is one of the best videos out there HAARP IS REAL, BUt an old technology, something else is at play here, the storms are getting worse, the sun along with other newer technologies are also at play.
Our government is corrupt as hell, you know damn well they will use this technology to fill their pockets with our cash, anyway possible, just because they can.
