          1. LOL… broke down & came to A&W, mainly to send Henry an e-mail, but to eat too (a rarity for fast food). 🙂

          2. Been many years since I’ve even seen an A&W. Do they still serve root beer in frosted glass mugs? I remember they use to have good cheese burgers, too. YUM!!! Miss them.

          3. Already did, Angel, on Sat… all the way from China.

Ever try to stick a rectangular plug into a circular hole?

            IDIOTS!!!

          4. Me, too. 🙁
Don’t know when we’ll be able to get on the road. My eldest boy (healthiest, strongest, last I expected to go) is dying. Got test results Friday.
Then, today I tried to start the car and it is dead.
            Can’t catch a break. 🙁 😡
            BTW
My offer still stands. Just let me know. 😉

          5. When it rains, it pours. 🙁

That’s about it for me tonight, power’s almost gone.

Must be… TIME FOR A BOWL! (Zombie OG & Purple Hindu Kush – I actually have a choice for a change!) 🙂

            See you tomorrow, Angel.

          6. Kidney failure and bone marrow no longer making red blood cells. Can’t afford cancer tests and definitely can’t afford hospitalization up here for several days of intervenious feeding. (That would be in the thousands $$$) Dropped from 22 lbs. to 7lbs. Not eating. Giving him liquids/electrolytes via hanging bag and needle (I HATE Needles! Amazing what you learn to do for those you love) at home to keep him comfortable. Veterinarians (I checked several) want $300 to cremate him up here. Spoke to a “facility” directly and they told me to take him with us (and how to do it) so I can bury him in the backyard in TX.

          7. That saddens me, and my heart goes out to you, Angel.
I have a little girl named ‘Littles”.
She’ll be three Oct. 7. She’s Lab, Pit, and Jack Russell. Ya, I know, strange right?:)
Her pop is a 70 pound Pit/Jack Russell ‘Patch’ who I rescued at work before my business crashed.
Her momma a Black/Chocolate Lab ‘Plinko’ of 12 years (named by my youngest daughter) . And believe it or not gave birth to one pup.
Plinko hung around for a year, and had to go though. sad.

Her momma, and grand momma are resting in the back yard where an Elm tree grew between them

          8. Here is a vid of Patch and Littles from a bit more than 2 years ago, with hopes to put you a smile.
            Blessings sis.

          9. Hal,
You brought tears to my eyes…made me laugh … and definitely made me Smile…
            Thank you, brother. <3 <3 <3

(That was one Heck of a Jack… LMAO 🙂 )

      1. Sorry about the ‘time for a bowl’ part of that comment, Angel. It went right over my head what you had said the first time I read it. It wasn’t until I saw Martist’s reply just before signing off that it clicked. I certainly didn’t mean to sound flippant about it. I’ve been on very short rations (budwise) lately, so I was pretty blazed before I even started commenting last night.
        Again, so very sorry. 🙁
