July 4th, 1776, the Colonies declare their independence from the British Crown. The fact is many Americans had already died by July 4th, 1776 as the war between the colonists and the crown had been underway for over a year. Many people think that the war began on July 4th and that just isn’t so.
On March 5, 1770 the tension between the colonists and the crown was already coming to a head.
“The Boston Massacre, called the Boston Riot by the English, was an incident on March 5, 1770, in which British redcoats killed five civilian men. It helped spark the rebellion in some of the British American colonies, which culminated in the American Revolutionary War. The British increase in troops in Boston led to a tense situation that erupted into brawls between soldiers and civilians. The troops fired after being threatened by a mob. Three civilians were killed at the scene of the shooting, eleven were injured, and two died after the incident.” Wikipedia
The murder of the colonists in Boston by the King’s soldiers was just one of the outrages that were occurring at the time. The King had instituted the equivalent of martial law wherein the people’s courts were nullified by the King’s courts of the admiralty. You see the King sent his admirals over here to govern our forefathers. They were denied their basic freedoms, had their lands and properties confiscated, were jailed without charges, and were forcibly taxed to the point of intolerability.
What our forefathers rebelled against was essentially what we are rebelling against today. You are either free to work towards your own prosperity or you are subjugated and controlled to the point of enslavement. If our Declaration of Independence were reissued to those posing as our government today, hardly a word would have to be changed.
It is July 4th, 2011, the 235th Fourth of July since. The Fourth of July is supposed to be the day we celebrate our freedom and independence. Look around you and tell me just exactly what freedom and independence we are celebrating this year. Have you noticed that the propagandists are working away trying the change the meaning of Independence Day to make it another Memorial Day, or Armistice Day, or Veterans’ Day?
The Fourth of July is not a celebration of war and death. It is supposed to be a celebration of peace and life and individual freedom and liberty. How does the song go? “And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air.” Well you better not even think it. This tyrannical corporate government that has subverted our Constitution will be closely monitoring and regulating, and if necessary arresting and punishing us if we step out of line in our celebration of our freedom and liberty. Like the fenced off protest zones, they will tell us when, where, and how we will celebrate. And if we are found outside of their guidelines there will be consequences.
If I hear anyone saying how Constitutional and free Rick Perry’s Texas is today, I may very well punch them right in the nose and suffer some of those consequences. Do you know what examples of freedom the people of Texas can be expecting this evening? Check points, where the government Gestapo can actually come up to your car and forcibly stick a needle in your arm to draw your blood at will.
While the rich elite are plotting our further demise at 30,000 feet in their air yachts, the TSA will be feeling up four year olds and taking naked photographs of them as a condition of these children being allowed to use public transportation. And I know there are going to be people who say that the airlines are private corporations, but as they would not exist without our tax dollars, and do indeed fall under the regulation of the FAA as a condition of their business licensing, and the TSA has been made a federal agency, they have to be considered another treasonous branch of the government that is trampling on our rights.
Now look at how they have regulated our fireworks. Here where I am they will let me light off a cone that shoots sparks up into the air, no higher than a short Indian’s ass, under the condition that I limit myself to this activity. And I am only allowed to have fireworks and set them off until July 8th. I’ve seen it go from mortars, M-80s, and roman candles to smoke bombs and sparklers. And remember, they are only allowing us to acknowledge our freedom for four days, and they would prefer that we did so by pretending it is Memorial Day again.
I have always loved the Fourth of July and the idea of celebrating the birth of our county, our freedom, and liberty. But after midnight tonight it will be 365 more days before it rolls around again. So if we want to keep the Fourth of July as our Independence Day, we had better declare ourselves before midnight, because I don’t believe we are going to make it another year.
God bless this Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.
