Last month the three year case built against Blackwater fell through and five of the former Blackwater officials who were blamed for using unregistered weapons had most of their charges dropped,. Blackwater was hired as a private security contractor, but the company now known as Academi was on the wrong side of the law after the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms stormed the organization and seized 22 automatic weapons. So how is the relationship between Academi and the CIA now? Michael O’ Brien, author of America’s Failure in Iraq, joins us to analyze the situation.
