KKK plans Confederate flag rally at Statehouse

ABC News 4

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCIV) — The Ku Klux Klan plans to hold a rally at the South Carolina Statehouse next month to protest renewed efforts to remove the Confederate flag from the Statehouse grounds.

The Loyal White Knights out of Pelham, N.C. requested the rally from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on July 18 at the north grounds of the Statehouse. They expect to have as many as 200 supporters, according to an application filed with the state Budget and Control Board. Officials say the grounds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Gov. Nikki Haley, who last week urged the legislature to vote to remove the flag after previously defending it, said in a statement that the KKK was not welcome.

“This is our state, and they are not welcome,” Haley said.

Legislators last week voted to discuss the issue during a special session. Haley said she hoped the flag would be removed by July 4.

A call to the Loyal White Knights KKK was not immediately returned.

  1. This will just give the communist libs more fuel. There goes the “its about heritage” argument when this circus of bedsheets comes marching through town. I PROMISE you the media will eat it right up.

  2. ABC news4 screwed the title of the story all up. It should say “The Federally funded and Federally run KKK plans Confederate flag rally at Statehouse.”

    There. Fixed it.

  3. “Haley said she hoped the flag would be removed by July 4.”

    Communists/jews thrive on symbolism.

With any luck, this piece of commie trash will be hung before the next 4th of July (2016).

  4. The feds called up one of their paid informants who leads a KKK group at his trailer park and ordered him to organize the rally.

When producing “The Ambiguous Flag” I interviewed a member of a KKK group in Georgia who informed me that no one owns copyright to the letters “KKK”. So, anyone can throw a bed sheet over their head and proclaim themselves a Grand Dragon. I have been told that is why David Duke dumped the KKK and began his own organization called EURO.
