Letter to Sen. Wyden: We are being Sprayed on a Daily Basis!

Dear Senator Wyden and Team,

The fact that you work in an office and I work outside speaks to the fact that you and your team probably have no clue how bad the project to modify the upper atmosphere has become in southern Oregon, east of the Cascades. In fact, it is making us sick.  YES. SICK. Many people are complaining of colds that do not go away, of upper respiratory tightness, frequent headaches, “brain fog” and a background fatigue.

Here in Klamath County, Oregon, WE ARE BEING SPRAYED ON A DAILY BASIS! Lake and Deschutes counties are also frequent targets.

This experiment on the citizens of southern Oregon is unconscionable given the fact that according to:

PUBLIC LAW 95-79 P.L. 95-79 TITLE 50,

“The use of human subjects will be allowed for the testing of chemical and biological agents by the U.S. Department of Defense, accounting to Congressional committees with respect to the experiments and studies.” “The Secretary of Defense may conduct tests and experiments involving the use of chemical and biological warfare agents on civilian populations (within the United States).” -SOURCE- Public Law 95-79, Title VIII, Sec. 808, July 30, 1977, 91 Stat. 334. In U.S. Statutes-at-Large, Vol. 91, page 334, you will find Public Law 95-79. Public Law 97-375, title II, Sec. 203 (a) 1), Dec. 21, 1982, 96 Stat. 1882. In U.S. Statutes-at-Large, Vol. 96, page 1882, you will find Public Law 97-375

(a) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.—The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)

(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or

(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(b) EXCEPTIONS.—Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e), the prohibition in subsection (a) does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.

(2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.

(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

I would like you to pay particular attention to (b) EXCEPTIONS. (1), wherein it specifically states that American human beings may be experimented upon during peacetime when the stated purpose is “research”. Now we know darn well that “global warming” and the proposed mitigation thereof is still being “researched”. In fact, under this exception, the citizens of Oregon may be experimented upon by being subjected to the upper atmospheric spraying of toxic chemicals (aluminum and barium for example) even to the point that we fall chronically sick and in the case of elders and young kids, possibly even die without recourse to redress in court of law.

This is outrageous in the United States of America.

Just what are our young men an women dying for overseas when their friends and families are being subjected to a toxic program at home? Can you understand how frustrated we are? Although it may take a few more years, this is Love Canal on a massive scale. Tellers in the banks, checkers at Fred’s, gas attendants are all aware of what is going on and very afraid of speaking out. Yes, AFRAID in America!! Afraid to demand clean skies and health, Sir!

I would also like to know just whom the representative from the Department of Defense must report to as (and I’m sure you will agree) “Congressional committees” is a rather nebulous phrase. Does this committee meet behind closed doors or are the minutes required to be a matter of public record?

I have BC’ed my reply to you to a few caring folks; in case, Mr. Senator, you claim at some point in the future on not having been apprised of the situation.

Thank you for your time and may you enjoy a healthy summer.

  1. Henry, is this an actual photo of the skies where you live? We get it bad in Texas, although this photo looks many times worse. Would sure like to see the response from the senator if you get one.

    1. Katie,
I don’t know where this photo was taken, but yes, we see this in our skies all the time.
The communication to Wyden was sent by a local reader. If he sends a response, we will most certainly post it.

      1. I am interested to see what Senator Wyden has to say about this, too. I live in the south Willamette Valley and see this in the skies often, and a friend who lives in the coast range northwest of here observes this as well.

I think they are originating from an outfit called Evergreen International Aviation, based in McMinnville, near Portland. I read they have ties to the CIA, but don’t know for sure.

All I do know is that I want it to stop!

        1. It used to be run by the military (as Air America, I believe) but then the CIA took over, as Evergreen. They have a huge base in AZ, outside of Phoenix. Also, another base here in CA, out in the Mojave desert.

      2. Here’s what Senator Wyden will say,

“Thank you for your thoughtful words and response. I will bring your matter up in our next senator meeting.

As always, I thank you and if you would like to subscribe to my website and receive daily newsletters, please log on to http://www.pleasevoteformeagaininthefuture.com and click on the “thisismyautomatedemailresponse” link under “contact” and you will be my most faithful follower.

Once again, I thank you and together with your votes and support for me, we can make a difference.”

  2. Just wonderin` about chem trails in Wash. DC. and all of the state capitals. Are they getting chem trailed like the rest of us?, I was just thinking about that.

  3. Unless we (Real Americans) take a stand you can expect what is explained in the Guide Stones of Georgia. Web it up & then collect your thoughts on the magnitude of what’s happening to the World! Liberty Rules

  4. We see it almost everyday here in delaware. Same symptoms that are described in the letter above. When is enough, enough? They take not only freedoms but now the air, sunshine and our health?
I’m fed up with these evil bastards!

  5. Mr. DeFazio, Mr. Wyden, just ask Rep. Dennis Kucinich D-Ohio about Chemtrails. During a campaign stop he made in Eugene, Oregon in 2001, I publicly challenged him on the issue of Chemtrails. He admitted in front of a packed house on the University of Oregon campus that the issue of Chemtrails was part of a House Select Committee hearings on the banning of weapons in space. It was his intention to ban geo-engineering within the bill being drafted for the U.S. Congress. The amendment failed, and there you have it. But for an elected member of Congress to publicly admit it over 12 years ago was phenomenal. I wish I’d recorded it. Sadly, no one in the media reported it.

    1. “Sadly, no one in the media reported it.”

And why would they, one might ask. That would be totally contrary to their masters’ agenda, would it not?
