San Diego County officials declare public health emergency for COVID-19: Use of force authorized

Intellihub – by Lexi Morgan

SAN DIEGO COUNTY (INTELLIHUB) — County officials declared a public health emergency on Friday triggering the silent activation of local emergency pandemic preparedness and fatality response plans.

The heightened state of emergency authorizes certain law enforcement and military personnel the right to detain anyone suspected of being infected with COVID-19 or anyone who may have had contact with someone who was infected with the deadly virus.

This essentially means that if authorities ask an infected person or person suspected of being infected to be quarantined and that person does not want to be quarantined, symptoms or not, the use of force is authorized. The CDC refers to this hunter-seeker offensive action as “contact tracing,” LOL.

The infected or suspected infected will one way or another be detained and taken to a camp located at the nearest military facility authorized to contain the deadly COVID-19 strain.

Roughly 230 people are being held in forced quarantine at Marine Corps Station Miramar in San Diego and the U.S. Department of Defence on Wednesday tasked NORTHCOM with a directive to “respond to and mitigate biological threats.” (i.e. any person or persons deemed to be infected or dangerous.)

The quarantine is expected to end next week but may be extended for 30 days, according to ABC 10.

Preparedness is happening on a local, state, and national level as the situation is anticipated to escalate in the coming days.

County health officer Wilma Wooten said in a statement: “Let us be clear, this does not mean there is any increased risk to the general public, in fact it is quite the opposite.” However, her words of encouragement do not seem to reassure residents who fear the worst.

Two patients infected with the COVID-19 are currently being treated at UC San Diego Medical Center, Hillcrest.

So what does this all mean?

In a nutshell, silent martial law has been activated. From here on out locals will only see an increased military and law enforcement presence in the region.

  1. Yeah, if you have the infection of calling out the state for it’s fraud etc., they deem this as quaranteenable.

  2. I don’t think this virus is a hoax, but I am sure that the tyrants will use it for all it’s worth. (and tyranny is the biggest motive for exaggerating the threat)

  3. “Let us be clear, this does not mean there is any increased risk to the general public, in fact it is quite the opposite.”

Yep, whatever these political hacks say, it’s ALWAYS the exact opposite.

They will close off our country eventually.

You see, they can state that they are closing off other countries but they will never state they will officially close off our country because we are armed the teeth and to do so would mean that there would be a civil war overnight, so they have to say and do things differently to make the people go along with it.

In other words they will never say, “martial law” but will say, “lockdown”.

    Remember Kissinger’s famous quote:

“Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.”

I think it’s starting to happen, especially in San Francisco and San Diego. LA is probably next.

Coronavirus is that “real or promulgated” outside threat of fear and we have to make Kissinger’s quote known to everyone if we are to survive and defeat this takeover.

    1. NC, I don’t understand. What do you mean by “civil war?” Rather, wouldn’t it be all of us against them? Not sure what you are envisioning.

      .

      1. Yea, basically us against them but with the stupid sheeple running around like a chicken with their heads caught off, rioting, caught in the crossfire, used and/or manipulated to fight against each other. Civil unrest, I guess.

        1. I see what you mean. Have been on my toes re the “civil war” narrative. That divide and conquer strategy is about to become a thing of the past, a thing useless and foolish, and now exposed for the distraction and divergence it is.

          .

I have a niece in San Diego. It’s all getting so much closer to home.

So many stirrings this Sunday, March 1st. So many perspectives/concerns. May truth come shining out and well-being to the people, or at least fortitude, to face the enemy head-on.

    .

  5. Could this be a way to capture people they know are a threat to their agenda
A lot of people are on line voicing their opinions about this bullshit
Could it evolve into Martial Law
    Gun confiscation
Because we all know it’s their fear of us ,driving this divide and conquer behavior from every sick one of them

    1. BaddaBoom!! I wholeheartedly agree.
      Turning into one giant sh**show.
      Remain armed at all costs.
