I do not want the deathatorium to be my future. I have set up a protocol to reduce my risk. I believe the Wuhan virus is a bioweapon that originated in the US and was sent via Winnipeg Canada to Wuhan China. The disease seems to be designed to kill Asians which makes it unlikely that it was made by the Chinese.
My greatest fear is that we will be given a Super Duper Wuhan vaccine in 2021 that makes us susceptible to a subsequent release of a SARS bioweapon by the Deep State that will kill the people who took the vaccine.
I plan to avoid both the Wuhan and SARS bioweapons by following the protocol below. It will protect against many other diseases. That will matter to you when the entire US healthcare system collapses and very likely the US government as well in the next few years.
The key to preventing a disease is to build a gut barrier. Dr Rhonda Patrick has told us how to do that. The benefits are that according to her a functioning gut barrier will eliminate 80% of all cytokine responses. Think of cytokines as signalling agents that excite immune responses. A “cytokine storm,” is a situation in which excessive cytokine production causes an immune response that can damage organs, especially the lungs and kidneys, and even lead to death. That is what a bioweapon is designed to do. I think we have 2 or 3 bioweapons in our future.
Dr Patrick tells us that we need probiotics (beneficial bacteria), a high fiber diet varied in sources and types and vitamin B complex for our intestines to build a gut barrier. It reduces cytokine responses and therefor lessens the risk of a cytokine storm killing whether it originated as a pedestrian flu or as a bioweapon. Dr Patrick takes 35 grams of fiber a day. I am male so I aim at 50 grams a day. There are different kinds of fiber so you need a balance.
One of the first steps Dr Patrick recommends is that you take an annual blood test to determine what levels of minerals from magnesium to iron and iodine you have in your body. I had to tell my doctor that I wasn’t taking any more tests if I didn’t get to see the results. Doctors can be pig headed that way. Your body will not work if you are deficient of major or even minor elements. I take colloidal trace minerals. I also make sure that I have the right amounts of major minerals. Too much iron can be as harmful as too little.
I went on a zero gram simple sugar diet some months ago. Sugar harms the building of a gut barrier. It also drives insulin which pulls magnesium and calcium from your bones. And it stores fat instead of burning it which makes you add weight. Sugar according to Dr Tom Cowan harms blood flow at the level of the capillaries. Get serious and stop taking sugar.
Antibiotics kill both the good and the bad bacteria. You cannot take antibiotics and make any kind of a gut barrier. If you are forced to resort to antibiotics, you will need to take more probiotics afterwards.
If you or someone you are caring for do get to the place where a cytokine storm fills the lungs with fluid, Cliff High recommends you take B6 and B 12 lozenges every four hours for 3 or 4 days or until the emergency is over. You will also need to make sure you are not deficient in fats during this period.
I take the following every day: chia seeds (fiber, Omega 3 Fatty Acid, protein and minerals), flax seed oil, evening primrose oil, olive oil (high in antioxidants) and coconut oil (saturated fat). I would not wait to get the flu to take the fats my body needs. I also do not eat fried foods.
Turmeric’s active ingredient is curcumin. Over 10,000 Studies have found it more effective than leading drugs for diabetes, arthritis and cancer. It also reduces inflammation. The latter is one major key to health. It “reverses existing amyloid pathology and associated neurotoxicity,” a key feature of the progression of this neurological disease related to chronic inflammation. Also good for the skin and kills bacteria.
I take turmeric, black pepper, curry powder, a clove of garlic and freshly ground ginger every day in my one cooked meal (apart from oatmeal.) The black pepper is needed to increase the effectiveness of the curcumin found in the turmeric and the curry powder. I already get enough fats for the turmeric to work. You need to take it with the pepper and some fat. What I cook in that pot varies but not the spices. Needless to say, I do not get the flu.
Other precautions. I take Vitamins D-3 and C daily. As I explained in the preceding article, we are low in D-3 during the winter when we see less sunshine. This is why the Wuhan virus was deliberately released in December. If you are low in D-3, then take a supplement to reduce your risk of getting a winter flu or cold. Never know when the Deep State might release the next bioweapon. If you do feel flu symptoms coming on, take 50,000 IU of Vitamin D-3 daily until the emergency is over. Also take 5 grams of Vitamin C during that emergency. I take a few grams of C daily. But like I said I don’t get the flu.
I have never taken Sambucol (black elderberry) but I recommend you have it on hand along with B- 6 and B- 12 lozenges and extra Vitamins D-3 and C. Sambucol was shown to be effective in vitro against 10 strains of influenza virus. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study, Sambucol reduced the duration of flu symptoms to 3-4 days.
Nebulizers or anything that emits steam like a hot soup will work during an illness. Aristotle said chicken soup was good for us because holding hot steaming soup up to your nose is beneficial.
If you have the flu, bundle up in bed to keep as warm as possible.
Buy some bleach and put it in a 1% solution in a spray bottle. Spray common surfaces before and after receiving guests. Spray pillows in the morning. Children are centers for the distribution of communicable diseases, especially during the school year. Put bleach in the dishwater to disinfect you dishes. Either change your toothbrush or disinfect it in the dishwasher. Talk to your local government, your company, school and house of worship about spraying common surfaces including phones to reduce health risks.
Wash your hands before touching food or your face or rubbing your eyes. Wear gloves. Always take shopping carts from outside the store so the sun had a chance to disinfect it.
Lose weight if need be. Exercise. A sedentary lifestyle will increase your risk of death.
I will never go to quarantine. I will never take any vaccine.
I knew when I was back in grade school that the Powers That Be deliberately starved millions of Americans to death rather than permit a discussion of a the benefits of a non-interest bearing currency like Mr Lincoln’s Greenbacks. I also knew that we would see the rise of a National Security Sate to intimidate us and keep us under their thumb because Wall Street was robbing us blind. They want us powerless so we cannot go into a court of law and demand restitution for the tens of trillions of dollars Wall Street stole from us.
When I was a child, I had a vision concerning an extremely large loss of life that would not take place until I was much older. I am convinced that the Powers That Be will use starvation and bioweapons to kill us off so they don’t have to pay trillions of dollars on their pension obligations. They stole everything and they are not likely to give it back willingly.
If we survive five years, the Powers That Be will be through and victory will be ours.
