Trencher Alert

There will be no broadcasts of The Word From the Trenches until after Christmas.

Yesterday at about 4:00 pm, Laura’s mom had another stroke.  We have obligations.

2018 has been a bad year and it seems it is going to stay that way right up until the last day.  Let us hope 2019 shows us a little more favor.

My apologies for the disruptions in the broadcasts, but I’ll be back as soon as I can.

Merry Christmas! The Bill of Rights is the Republic, f-k the federal corporation, and a Happy New Year!

I’m hoping for a full recovery for Laura’s mom. 2018 has been a difficult year indeed. My mom had a heart attack on November 11th and was in the hospital until November 17th (I don’t usually post anything on the site when stuff like that happens). I’ve been a caretaker now for twenty-three years, so I understand exactly what you mean when you say family obligations. I hope you, Laura, and the entire family have a merry Christmas and a happy new year. The 2000’s have been rough years to get through. I too hope 2019 starts off a bit better. Laura’s mom recovering would definitely be a good start.
