California court rules raping unmarried women is not rape

A California court ruled that raping a sleeping unmarried woman is not considered rape under the eyes of the law, according to a new ruling issued this week.

The California appeals court overturned the conviction of rape against a man who was accused of pretending to be the boyfriend of a woman. According to court proceedings the man broke into the bedroom of the woman and had sex with her. The court concluded that the law does not protect unmarried women in these cases.

Besides that it states: “broke in”. No of course not, the law protects no one, it only promises justice, as that is the glue of society.

Since when does raping someone have anything to do with being married or unmarried? It’s all about willfully consenting to have sex with someone or not.

What part of “rape” do you not understand?

It’s like what part of “Shall not be infringed” do you not understand?

The courts truly do make up their own rules and laws as they go along. Pure proof that we have no representative government at all.

  3. Ok, he “broke-in” the house and it clearly states that, yet he is not even getting jail time for that, either? WTF????

So, let me get this straight. According to the California court of law, if you are unmarried and someone breaks into your house, it is perfectly legal and they can’t prosecute the perpetrator for it? ARE YOU F**KING KIDDING ME???

  4. I’m sorry, but when did the U.S. become Thailand?

Because in Thailand you can apparently rape a woman or do anything to her as long as you don’t kill her. (I know. Pretty sick, huh.)
