“Sometimes getting to know your enemy can put a knot in your stomach”
In January of 2010, there was a decision by our Supreme Court which overturned the majority of the “The McCain-Feingold Act”. The Supreme Court struck down a majority of the provisions of the “McCain -Feingold Act” with the case of “Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission” . The McCain-Feingold act put the brakes on a lot of unfair campaign contribution misuse. Now, it’s been erased, gone, wrongly judged by a bunch of Globalist protectors. Our own Supreme Court!
Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission:
What is going on here basically, is that corporations are again allowed to spend freely on what ever campaigns who will push the agenda in which that corporation feels is in they’re best interest. This, in my opinion, wrongly gives the corporation the same 1st Amendment rights as a single person who is also campaigning for or against the same issues. But, the corporation is made up of many individuals, board of directors, employees, etc. They are speaking for all of them! Most of which has no clue of what the hell is going on!
The Supreme Court, in my opinion, just made the biggest gift to big business imaginable, cutting you and I out effectively. How you ask? Do I need to draw you a picture? Our Supreme Court just handed the keys to the insane asylum to the inmates! How in the hell is the little guy going to compete with big money to advertise on TV, radio, big time Internet access, etc?
People, talk about a stacked deck! Lets not forget who appoints these clowns on our Supreme Court! Our big business, Globalists favoring, sell out the normal working mans, President!
Another fine example of how we are getting screwed here people. We are being shelled by all sides! Make yourselves aware of what is going on around you and get involved, if you want a fair and just society. The Globalist are taking away everything from right under our noses, and we just let it happen!
New development
Well it looks like the Supreme Court now has something worthwhile to look at, while deciding Barry Soetor’s AKA Barack Obama’s legal birthright. Documents have been found to substantiate his legal birthplace. No longer can the Supreme Court hide from it’s responsibilities and protect an illegal President. I have said all along this man was a phony and just found some proof. The Supreme Court must act responsibly and without pause to remove the phony without delay, as The Constitution of the United States dictates.

Mark S NV,
Your article clearly points to the collaborative relationship between the mega wealthy and the entire legislative system of our nation that has been established by slowly seeding it with individuals privately solicited and then planted by executive appointment or rigged and/or deceptive electoral process. I don’t think this is really “breaking news” to most of us but I do think the problem lies in where the rubber hits the road. IE “get involved” In my experience people love to have endless gripe sessions about any number of critical issues that are impacting us gravely with ever growing severity. When it comes to the “call to action” eyes glaze over and we have the “what can WE do about it” phase and the discussion ends with all parties retreating into the silent acceptance of “three monkey land” so to speak. I, for one, have no idea how to get any traction toward real action that actually moves anything. There are many reasons for this the sheer size of the country being one of them. We talk and talk and DO nothing because we have no idea what to do or how to do it. I agree with Henry that a massive or at significant voter registration switch to non partisan is a good start.
What say you?
Brian-
This article was placed under an Enemy’s list. This wasn’t intended to be anymore than a reference to a court which has also broke Constitutional guidlines from previous rulings, but more importantly brought forth for people to look at and correlate with their everyday problems. I didn’t intend it to be judged in any other matter than to inform. Funny how this article was placed here months ago and now you are only commentating on it. Actually, you have done me a favor by your response by bringing another factor into the equation. Thanks for your response.
Mark,
First of all I am not intending any negativity toward your article at all nor am I “judging” it…quite the contrary. I am commenting on it “now” because something else posted here pointed to it.
Secondly what in heaven’s name do you mean by “This article was placed under an Enemy’s list.” and “Actually, you have done me a favor by your response by bringing another factor into the equation.”
Why are you so hostile? Perhaps I expressed my self inadequately. I am simply posing the question of how to move from discussion to action against the preposterous abuse of power that you point out here. I am sure that many would find a discussion on this question to be of great value.
Pardon me for giving a damn.
Brian-
I had not responded with any hostility. This is something that is being generated in your own mind. I really don’t know what your agenda is Brian, but frankly, you need to relax. Please try and regroup and understand that I appreciate all responses from any of our guest here at the site. Sometimes, words are interprited wrongfully than originally written and need a little massaging until understood correctly.
Again, I had no bad feeling towards your response at all and am a little confused at your anger.
As to your question, “What Say You” I stand by my response. By you responding in the way you did you helped me with my stance on the premise of the article. You gave another view point that might clear things up for other reader’s, and I appreciate that greatly.
Just one more thing Brian, I am by no means trying to make myself out as a proffessional journalist. I drive trucks for a living.
Hope this clears things up.

OK Mark…truce!
Let’s “massage some words” here..
I am not angry at all. You’re right in pointing out how words can fail sometimes. Especially the written word since it can be two dimensional communication lacking the elements of an actual conversation. All I meant to say is that it really seems that “we the people” just don’t matter any more in that there is just so little concern and awareness among the population that translates into anything with any real traction. Corporations literally run the world and have an absolute stranglehold on the entire human population. Governments are aligning in concert with them worldwide and there isn’t a damn thing we can do about it.
It all comes back to “Might is Right” and “He Who Has The Gold Rules”.
And now we see the horrible event Tuscon. Pathetic! I’m beginning to wonder if there’s any use in having any hope for the rebirth of the middle class whatsoever. This psychopath in Tuscon just made everything worse for good honest moral Americans and I fear we are just seeing the beginning of it. God help us.
BTW…I enjoy your articles and commend you for keepin’ on keepin’ on. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Be well.
Brian-
I agree about the government angling with the corporations, but disagree about the part where you say that there seems not much we can do about it. The people can elect a President that gives a damn for starters. We have had crooks in office for too long. As soon as we elect a President who has the courage to stand for the people, then you will see strong change, back to how our forefathers envisioned .
Corporations need people to run them. If those people start to be prosecuted for treason, theft of American property, and possibly even manslaughter, then maybe things will start to change. All it takes is leadership by the right man is all. So far we have only crooks and traitors. Things can turn on a dime with the right leadership.
Yes, Mark. Of course.
It remains to be determined, however, how this rare “Bird of Justice” might:
A) Be willing to face the almost certain event of assassination shortly after election knowing that his death would be in vain unless martyrdom was his goal.
B) Raise the massive amount of capitol required to challenge, let alone conquer, “Goliath The Terrible”.
C) Be able to evade (A) long enough to effect change and to do so in a way that would ensure his legislation could not be reversed shortly (or ever) after his arranged demise.
We are hoping for a Thomas Jefferson or a Patrick Henry here with the force of the people AND the military behind him. And let’s also consider this: How long did their fruits endure?
I am not expecting the emergence of this politically messianic individual any more than I am waiting for Tinkerbell to light a path for me back to 40 grand a year plus which I consider a minimum living wage in this, my country of birth. (Keep in mind that this is now a rapidly increasing number)
I will find my way somehow or I will die trying. I will not passively accept living on the dole in some internment camp for the elderly and/or unemployable.
Nor will I *ever* resort to violence.

Not trying to burst any bubbles here…just the facts as I see ’em.
Enjoy every moment and every blessing in your life but have little faith in mankind. The species never learns. Good luck.
I guess I have more faith in the fact that this “Rare Bird of Justice” is out there and ready to turn things around. As for the military, don’t be so sure there arn’t elements within, at the highest levels, that don’t like what going on.
Amen brother! And here’s to that faith in man that you have not lost. I admire that but do no longer have it. My loss. (Experience…am I just “too soon old and too late smart?”)
Maybe.
As for the military…agreed. Yet when we see how that POS at Fort Hood was dealt with does that not boggle your mind? Yeah…wow! Very encouraging! Great show! Where is THAT going?
In a sane nation he would have been executed by a military detail within two weeks ….max!
Keep your faith but get busy preserving yourself and yours…..somehow.
God bless and keep thee.

Mark : good article I have always beileved that the big corporations will be the death of America as we have known it as I have said before Greed and Power rules this country and our gov. After reading both of your comments(Mark and Brian) I believe that both of you have made good points yes we need a good leader in this country one such as Kennedy, but look what happened to him in my opinion the entire Government needs to be overhauled with all new members with one thing in mind the good of the people and nation bringjng back our own resources to be independent unto ourselves for this country and future generations getting back to the basics to get back on track and stop depending on other countries which are buying this country piece by piece and will be our rulers. ( and yes I probable do live in a fantasy world) that’s my thought on the subject at hand.
Nah Dee Dee…you don’t live in a fantasy land. There’s a good portion of Forrest Gump in all of us…well, unfortunately, not ALL of us…only the good ones.
