I believe strongly that the money changers can control the weather..I also believe NOAA is part of the money changers and they will tell you what they plan, because its in their sick code of ethics..here is a link telling you what they have planned.

Weather Exchange Commodities come to mind over this. Another casino much like the stock exchange and this game is rigged too. A money making scheme cooked up by our gypsy “friends” the joos. Unfortunately this one affects our planet directly. There is nothing they won’t do for a shekel.
