FIU Bridge workers knew the location of bridge failure immediately and started to ‘’investigate” the node which were members 10 and 11.
Notice, in this video how the Florida Bridge Collapse bridge workers gather (apparently) on top of the bridge to examine the failure; and who knows what else they did or decided at that time. They appeared to care more about this node than in helping people trapped under the bridge! This is just my opinion… I am only reference the workers? — that immediately cared more about the construction failure than the ”helping” of people trapped under the bridge

Those “workers” are civil engineers. They don’t work, and they’re not civil.
