How baking soda helps cancer patients

Sodium bicarbonate, better known as baking soda, has been used for decades as a first line of defense against every kind of ‘acidic’ health problem – including cancer. Naturally, the question remains – is there any proof that baking soda is a defense against cancer or any other chronic dis-ease?

History has much to teach us about natural healthcare. In a booklet titled, Arm & Hammer Baking Soda Medical Uses – published in 1924, Dr. Volney S. Cheney explains his clinical successes in using sodium bicarbonate to treat both the common cold and flu. His comments are actually quite remarkable.  

“In 1918 and 1919 while fighting the ‘flu’ with the U. S. Public Health Service it was brought to my attention that rarely anyone who had been thoroughly alkalized with bicarbonate of soda contracted the disease, and those who did contract it, if alkalized early, would invariably have mild attacks.”

Sodium bicarbonate has been and still is used to make the urine less acidic. This helps the kidneys get rid of uric acid and is used medically to prevent gout and kidney stones. Even athletes use sodium bicarbonate to improve endurance. In fact, cells that have enough bicarbonate consume more energy at rest – so they are better able to transport glucose and lactate.     Read more here

When ever my wife feels like she has an infection or cold/flu symptoms, I make up a concoction of 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon molasses (or pure maple syrup) and 1 teaspoon pure cane sugar mixed with 12 oz of distilled water.

Trojan Horse: All the sugar attracts the sugar/acid loving diseased cells, Fungus, bacteria and the baking soda kills em on contact.

She swears by it, and it has cured her of many ailments including a possible cancer.

Just about a month ago, my daughter brought home the flu and everybody in the house had it bad, but my wife asked me to make up a batch of baking soda water and drank it the moment she felt it coming on and she was over it in a couple days and only had mild symptoms, while the rest of us suffered for weeks hacking our guts out.

She took it twice a day for like 3 days 1-2 hours before or after a meal.

  2. Interesting story at the end, that the husband makes this concoction for his wife, she is the only one who consumes it, and the rest of them all get terribly sick while she only has a mild brush with it.

    So…. how come…. nobody else is catching on that this might be a smart thing to do?

    This parallels my experience with my own family and friends. They all know I’m into this “weird” herbal and alternative stuff. They make fun of me and my various homemade concoctions. And yet, they often suffer terribly from illnesses of various sorts, while I get only mild versions or none at all. After several years, you’d think they might catch on that maybe I’m onto something. (???)

    You think they are afraid of being well? You think they get something out of being sick? Or maybe they would believe it only if a doctor tells them? I can’t figure it out. 🙂
