Islamic State Warns They Are Coming For Barak Obama

(Tim Brown)  While some question whether or not Barack Obama is a Muslim, there can be no doubt of his Islamic sympathies concerning those that advise him, along with the support and family ties he has to the Muslim Brotherhood and his foundation’s ties to terrorist groups.

With that said, one should always keep in mind that there are Islamists who are much more devout to Islam that others. Notice, I said devout, not radical and not extreme. They are merely seeking to adhere to Islam more than others. These people will kill their own over the slightest deviation from the Quran. The new Islamic State is such a group and now they have warned Barack Hussein Obama that they are coming for him.  

The Washington Times reports:

High-ranking U.S. officials said Wednesday that not only are Sunni radicals with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant “worse than al Qaeda,” but that the group has a message for the president: “We’re coming for you, Barack Obama.”

Brett McGurk, the deputy assistant secretary of state, told lawmakers at a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing that ISIL may have “changed its name,” but that it’s still al Qaeda.

Does Obama look as though he’s worried? Not at all. In fact, he’s out playing golf, fundraising and living it up at taxpayer expense while failing to do the job he is being paid to do, allowing the border to be overrun and arming our enemies overseas. Even the London Telegraph is starting to get the picture now and has said “The degree to which Barack Obama is now phoning it in – sleepwalking perfunctorily through his second term, amid golf rounds and dinner parties – is astonishing.”

Having acquired US arms and vehicles left behind by cowardly Iraqis trained by America, the Islamic State has become a full blown army. Top US officials have now said the Islamic State is a greater threat than al-Qaeda.

According to the Hill:

“It is al Qaeda in its doctrine, ambition and, increasingly, in its threat to U.S. interests,” Brett McGurk, a deputy assistant secretary of State, told lawmakers at a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing. “In fact, it is worse than al Qaeda.”

McGurk said the group had strengthened its capabilities and is “no longer a terrorist organization. It is a full-blown army.”

The testimony from senior officials sparked alarm and frustration on Capitol Hill, where lawmakers said more should have been done to counter ISIS sooner.

I’m sorry, what? Aren’t a lot of the soldiers that are a part of the Islamic State the same individuals these same lawmakers funded and armed in Syria? Why yes, yes they are, and now they are saying more should have been done to counter them? I can’t take these guys seriously.

Even more hypocritical than the lawmakers is Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder, who claims that the threat of Islamic State fighters infiltrating the US was “more frightening than anything I think I’ve seen as attorney general.”

Really Mr. Holder? Aren’t you the one that has overseen the arming of Mexican drug cartels, who have been known to kill Americans on our side of the border, including federal agents? Aren’t you the one standing by silently and aiding and abetting illegal activity at the border as known Islamic jihadists pay money to get across the border and slip in unawares? Wasn’t your Justice Department behind the producer of the phony film that was blamed on Benghazi? Was not the administration before the one you serve in allowing al-Qaeda to slip into the country and instead of the federal government heeding the warning of one of its employees, turned the police state on her for blowing the whistle? Is the DOJ you oversee doing anything to stop the non-enforcement of law to deal with the border crisis? No, you are ignoring it all and are criminally complicit by not holding the Executive Branch to the standard of the law.

Personally, I have to wonder if Holder and Obama can even grasp the depth of their lies in the situation, or any situation for that matter. Many lawmakers seem to echo this sentiment.

“What it seems like is the administration is just paralyzed. They just don’t know what to do,” said Iraq War veteran Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL).

“I’m renewing the call to the administration for massive manned military air strikes to push back this very, very bad cancer that’s encroaching on the Middle East,” he said.

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) claims that the Obama administration has ignored the threat for way too long and has even rejected requests by the Iraqis to use drone strikes against the Islamic State since August 2013.

Even Democrat Representative Eliot Engel wonders what is going on with the administration. “I supported the president’s decision to send assessment teams to Iraq, but I’m cautious of our future action. We cannot end up in another sectarian quagmire in Iraq.”

I would say, too late Rep. Engel, you are in one.

For the Islamic State to deal with Barack Obama, would probably be a relief to many patriotic Americans. However, if they want to start something with the American people, then that is a completely different scenario. Just a warning to the Islamic State, we won’t turn and run like the Iraqis faced in Mosul. This is our home. If you step foot here and think you are just going to do here what you are doing over there, then in the words of Judas Priest, “You’ve got another thing coming.”
