The Jewish Telegraphic Agency, described by Wikipedia as a not-for-profit “international news agency and wire service serving Jewish community newspapers and media around the world,” ran a story with a very interesting admission on Tuesday, asserting that the sudden alleged rash of bomb threats against Jewish Community Centers were “Hoax bomb threats.”
The JTA was founded exactly 100 years ago this month and is based in New York City.

On February 20, Ivanka Trump tweeted, “America is a nation built on the principle of religious tolerance. We must protect our houses of worship & religious centers. #JCC”.
Her tweet currently has 10,115 RETWEETS and 49,406 LIKES.
The same day, the ADL issued a press release which began,
“ADL Deeply Disturbed Over Additional Bomb Threats Directed at Jewish Community Centers Across the CountryLatest Round of Threats Not Credible; Issues Security Advisory With Action Steps
New York, NY, February 20, 2017 – The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is deeply disturbed by additional bomb threats directed against Jewish Community Centers (JCCs) in multiple states across the United States today – the fourth series of such threats since the start of the year.
While ADL does not have any information at this time to indicate the presence of any actual bombs at any of the institutions threatened, the threats themselves are alarming, disruptive, and must always been taken seriously.
FakeHateCrimes.org, a website which meticulously archives many such incidents, notes, “The purpose of this site is to compile a comprehensive database of the false reports of “hate crimes” committed in the USA. It builds on the work of Laird Wilcox, whose Crying Wolf (PDF) is the only book dedicated to this subject so far.”
