Joe Biden: AR-15 Used to Stop Texas Church Massacre Should Not Be Allowed

Breitbart – by AWR Hawkins

During a November 13 appearance on NBC’s Today, former Vice President Joe Biden answered a question on Texas church attack hero Stephen Willeford by saying, “Well, first of all, the kind of gun being carried he shouldn’t be carrying.”

His response came in response to an audience member who was asking how Democrats can justify pushing gun control when it was clearly the presence of a gun in the hands of Willeford that ended the attack.

On November 6 Texas officials credited Willeford with ending the attack.

Willeford, who is a former NRA instructor and current NRA member, ran out of his house barefoot with an AR-15 in hand, took cover behind a vehicle and shot killer Devin Kelley when he walked out of the church. Kelley then fled the scene, only to crash and die roughly 15 minutes later. Breitbart News reported that Senate Democrats responded by introducing a ban on the type of gun Willeford used to  end the attack.

On Today, audience member Brianna asked, “How do you justify the Democrat view on gun control when the shooter was stopped by a man who was legally licensed to carry a gun?”

Biden replied, “Well, first of all, the kind of gun being carried he shouldn’t be carrying.” He then specifically mentioned “assault weapons” and said, “I wrote the last serious gun control law that was written, it was law for 10 years. And it outlawed assault weapons and it outlawed weapons with magazines that had a whole lot of bullets, as you can kill a whole lot of people more quickly.”

He added, “Number two, it’s just rational to say certain people shouldn’t have guns. Now the fact that some people with guns are legally able to acquire a gun and they turn out to be crazy after the fact, that’s life. There’s nothing you can do about that.”

Again, Brianna was asking how Democrats can justify pushing more gun control in light of the fact that an armed citizen used a gun, an AR-15 in this case, to stop the Texas church attack.

  1. I’ve had the ” pleasure ” of debating (and destroying) many gun control advocates since the church shooting. Let me be very clear about this, they do not see the need to make sense. What they do is argue the same nonsensical garbage and try to dance around the facts of the case in order to confuse the argument and turn it into what they want, away from the point. This is how commies/zionists work. I’ve seen it time and time again. But they are numerous, they are the mob. They have numbers. Our side really needs to start being as vocal, active and in organized as they are. Remember, we have no government representatives. We have a Zionist occupied government trying to instill communism through all education outlets and raising dumb senseless but useful idiots by the thousands. Like Eric holder said, they want to brainwash people in how to think about guns. This needs to stop. We seriously need to be as effective as their money and influence. We can not just wait for the fight to come to our door. Trust me, that will be too late. We need to organize rallies to counter anti gun rallies, get out the real info about guns and crimes worldwide, bring to light more examples of how guns save and protect lives tenfold for every thing they try to pass off. These people are dumb scum for sure, but as I said they’re useful idiots by the thousands.

    1. They are brainwashed for sure, Jamal. In the end, if they’re that insistent and adamant about infringing on our Rights, 230 grains will wash that grey right outta their heads. Just smile. It scares the hell out of them 🙂

  2. I talk with some people who either just seem to believe all guns are bad and no one should have them, not even the government OR people who believe they don’t see the need in having more than 10 bullets in a gun.

I told the first one that a gun is for protection, not for offense and that criminals don’t obey laws and will get a gun whether you like it or not and if you don’t have one when they torture your family, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I told the other one that more than 10 bullets is needed because what if a gang of thieves come in to your house and you run out of bullets? Do you think the gang is just going to let you out to buy some more? She followed up by saying, “Well when will you ever see a gang of thieves come to your house?” I told her to look no further than the border or the inner cities and that it’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

I could tell that both of them knew that what I was saying was true but were continuing to try and find some way of still living in denial.

    1. Of all the weirdos to talk to about this (or anything). Creepy Uncle Joe – pedo, sexual pervert, crazy, and all around weirdo.

The sheep are eating this sh¿t up.

  3. Yes Mary, baby blood apparently keeps these vermin young. Drinking it doesn’t do it, as they have done since the dawn of man ; it has to be done intravenously. Couple of quotes from this genius:
“If you want to protect yourself, get a double-barrel shotgun,” Biden said in an interview with Parents Magazine back in February. “You don’t need an AR-15. It’s harder to aim, it’s harder to use, and in fact, you don’t need 30 rounds to protect yourself. Buy a shotgun. Buy a shotgun.”
During an interview with Field and Stream, an outdoors magazine, the vice-president gave additional advice to those looking to protect themselves against would-be intruders: “Just fire the shotgun through the door.”

I can’t come up with any reason at all why anybody would take this assclown seriously. My chihuahuas have more insight, and much better memory capacity.
