So not only do they HAARP to control the weather, they are trying to build a laser machine. When are these psychotic bastards going to stop playing god?
This is more of a bait and switch than anything else. We already know these criminals spray aerosols in the sky containing Barium, Strontium, Aluminum and Lithium, just to name a few; which in turn can create a synthetic plasma field in the lower atmosphere. We already know the jet stream can be manipulated through SCALAR and HAARP microwave technologies. We already know clouds can be seeded with additional aerosols, such as Silver Iodide, to cause condensation within cloud formations and put rain where “they” want it. This laser bullshit is put out there to keep people off the right track and chasing red herrings.
