Leonard Peltier 40 years after

Published on Sep 21, 2013 by MrPeakCrackers

Native American activist Leonard Peltier has spent nearly 40 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Prosecutors and federal agents manufactured evidence against him (including the so-called “murder weapon”); hid proof of his innocence; presented false testimony obtained through torturous interrogation techniques; ignored court orders; and lied to the jury.

  1. That area of the country has always been seen as an outpost of punishment for bad boys in the Federal Bureau of Iniquities, and that agency’s prime duties have always been boondoggles, coverups and assassinations to eliminate problems for the criminals who run the government. In their view, the First Nations or Oyate are subjugated peoples who have no human rights, and the uppity ones should be immediately stomped back into place.

Even though there is no evidence to support it, I do think it’s possible an AIM associate took out some federal criminals with badges. I also think it’s just as possible that the FBI itself took the opportunity to eliminate a couple internal problems and use a local as a patsy, as this area is one of the most poverty stricken in this nation and would never be able to finance a winning defense or buy some “justice” from the “JustUs” Department.

It’s painfully obvious that the witnesses who could testify and confirm alibis, sixty-some people, were eliminated one by one. And that itself is a testament that the government of this nation and its agencies have been rotten to the core for a long, long, long time.
