Yes we have some of the best music out there in my own opion rbeason but that is not what this site is about, the music is a big part of what this site is about IMOHO and that is what is what makes this site so good and special.

Tis easier now with technology, than say, 200 yrs ago, without even photography for an anchor…still, the times then, sorta ran together…via, portrait artists, and printers too….who did exist then….

Yep,you can count on it,and will be some of the best that rarely if ever makes the radio but the ones true fans(us smarter/better looking types!)will immediately recognize!Really getting ready for next snow drop,seems the winter has a death grip in the hills of New England,tis fine,next years wood cut and stacked and the little dragon huffing out some nice heat,that said,a dose of spring will be welcome!

Les,check out sites like builditsolar,a lot of cool home made stuff one can build for short money.may not heat the whole house/water depending on how you go but can easily cover half without a lot of work,not talking the pain in butt roof installs either,the main page has a lot of good stuff.Times will be getting tougher and the more we get off the matrix(I took the blue and red pill!)the better we can stand on our own!
Builditsolar I’ll be sure to check it out. My house is a two storey Victorian, it is 100+ years old and insulation back then was practically non-existent. I’m completly and only electric heat and have to get alternatives. This cold winter really hit the pocketbook! Thanks for the heads up on that.

Morning James. Yea Locomotive Breath I know what you are saying. My reason for suggesting that, is twofold: I was pressed for time and off the top of my head thought those two songs related somewhat to this site and reason for being, kind of like the situation we’re in today, being on a runaway locomotive with “no way to slow down”.
Second reason was that I know not all people here are die-hard fans like us and wanted to offer something they probably knew but haven’t heard in a while, you know, kind of easing them to Tull without getting into the more esoteric right off the bat, if you will. Les & Paul.done a bit of home made solar type stuff(licensed carpenter) for friends ect.The build site is a great one,old mother earth articles also a good source and old school,i.e. simple and cheap.Les,as you have a old victorian lady need to know roughly were located,sun exposure ect.,a bit of a challenge as only electric heat.I would without knowing the home say insulation and serious draft spots the first step if not already taken,will hit you up on specifics another night,think about it though,you guys hit up a few small projects one step closer to eating the blue and red pill and kissing the matrix goodbye/off the power grid tit or at least a step closer,where is Tesla when we need him?!
