Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made the comments at a Washington research center as the 30 days that President Donald Trump gave military leaders to develop a strategy to fight the Islamic State are almost up.
“I’m in the business of providing the president with options,” Dunford said several times at the Brookings Institute in Washington, D.C. when repeatedly pressed on whether those choices would include conventional ground troops.

I don’t for one second believe in any of this garbage that Trump’s goal is to destroy isis. He will go into Syria on that pretext, just as obama did, and they will use that to oust Assad. Consider that weapons were given to Kurdish troops, who have expressed a desire to carve a piece of Syria for themselves. This obviously will not go well with Syria and no doubt create a new front aimed at destabilising and destroying Syria. Also consider the 300 million weapons package to saudi Arabia. If trumps, or the U.S., intention was to “help” Syria, why would weapons and support be given to it’s enemies rather than Syria itself? Trump as those before him, is a con man. Unfortunately, to really understand the politics of the U.S. you must understand the the reason for being in the middle east. It’s a continuation of the game, and the object is for Israel (the global ideology of talmudic zionism) to win.
