And what the hell is he putting the woman in handcuffs for in order to search her car? How is that necessary? There’s THREE policeman for one woman and they still need to put her in handcuffs in order to search a car, in which they released her afterwards. All they had to do is have her stand at the front of her or next to the police officer while they searched. Instead they treated her like a criminal by handcuffing her and making it seem like it is normal procedure. BULLSHIT!!!

You know, I remember when policemen didn’t arrest people for stupid things like this because they hated doing all the paperwork. Remember those days? The police characters even bitched about it all the time on TV shows in the 80’s and 90’s.
So do they love paperwork now or do they just not have to file any paperwork anymore and that’s why they just do this shit anywhere and anytime they feel like?
So this dumbass cop felt the guy was obstructing justice but when the cop was waving hi to him, he had no problem doing his job nor was he being obstructed in any way. And so I guess orderly conduct is being nice to Mr. Policeman and doing what he says, otherwise it is disorderly conduct.
