How to Stop Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)

Also check out my other video on Tinnitus, especially if it doesn’t work (as there are other causes):…

Take Dr. Berg’s Advanced Evaluation Quiz:

Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It’s free and very enlightening.

This technique was developed from Dr. Jan Strydom. This tapping technique helps to desensitize ringing in the ears through creating a rhythmic finger drumming directly over the occiput bone at the level of the brain step.

Step 1: Rate your symptom from 1-10
Step 2: Apply procedure 20 times
Step 3: Re-rate symptom and repeat procedure

Continue this procedure daily until resolved.

  1. I have this
Mine has been brought on by
    Loud music
    Loud Harley’s
    Loud cars
    Big guns , and hunting
    All this without hearing protection
It wasn’t well understood as it is now at my younger years

And I worked in the steel industry my entire life as a contractor
    I have hearing loss too

Heard and seen a lot of different methods to help with this , but my understanding is , if you damaged the little hairs inside your ear canal
There’s pretty much no fixing that as far as the hearing loss goes
Now for the ringing in my ears , somedays are better than others

    1. LoL. I don’t know what key it is, either.
The only time I don’t hear ringing is when I’m asleep.
And getting to sleep is a trial because of the ringing.
I tried this finger tapping stuff and it isn’t working. LoL.
