Brian Sterner, broke his neck years ago and is a quadriplegic.
Sterner, who can drive, was arrested on a traffic violation. When he was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail, he couldn’t believe what happened next.

Like Gordan Liddy so rightly put it,prison guards are to lowest form of life on the planet,these just happen to be from Tampa’s finest. Even with video they seem to think its fine to do this because after all they are wanna be cops! Militant cops are the biggest danger there is to the common citizen now and they prove it more and more every day. Soon there will be a report about the Tampa cops rescuing kittens from a storm drain to counter this shyt.
All within departmental guidelines, I’m sure.
I saw an old lady walking with a cane. We need cops that will kick those things out of their hands to make sure they’re not terror weapons. It looks cruel, but it will save lives, and keep us safe.
I’m sorry, but you failed to mention those little-but-deadly hatpins old ladies are prone to be carrying! We simply cannot tolerate the danger to us all that these vile objects represent! There outta be a law against it.
