This wacky device was handmade by someone who was looking for something to do with a half-dozen SKS rifles. I mimics the action of a Gatling Gun (more or less) with the six guns arranged in a circle and firing in sequences as the hand crank is turned. For this reason, it is not legally classified as a machine gun, and may be owned by anyone why can legally own a typical rifle.
