Too long for a comment….

As the year comes to an end people reflect on the year past and the years prior to that. Everyone wants to give accolades to those who stand up and speak the truth, push an agenda, have passed whether natural causes or not. They continue day in and day out to admit that our Bill Of Rights is gone and MUST be reinstated yet none step beyond mere words. Which tells me that they continue to enjoy the fruits, comforts, of being a slave.  

As this year comes to a close, why allow another year to pass where all we do is piss and moan? Why don’t we write up a declaration stating that WE are TAKING BACK our Bill Of Rights, instating a Common Law Court system, standing up as Nationals? Why don’t we stop being comfortable and put that mighty pen to paper and go from there as needed in the year 2019?

Too many people stop at a belief that they are a slave and need to get to a conviction that they ARE a slave. Until then, all anyone is doing is pissing in the wind and the only thing you have to look forward to in 2019 is having more of your rights taken away, taxed more, put further into debt and pushed further down into poverty.

  5. This was not written to begin chest thumping.
    The reason this was said was because Henry has written that Mandamus and did so well and it has taught us all. Henry is good with words and writing them out. I have YET to see anyone else write anything like that or written as well.
    Henry is the only one I’ve listened to who thinks of ALL of the nationals and not just their “click”. I’ve listened to others for years and they’re clicky, “if you don’t have this or that etc then you arent a part of us”. Not Henry.
    If hypothetically it was written then to who it gets delivered IS the question.

  6. Now, how do you “take back our Bill of Rights”? BY EXERCISING OUR BILL OF RIGHTS! By exercising and defending freedom of speech and action (see my latest blogpost about TX jackass Abbott’s nonsense “loyalty oath” to Israel! for one thing), by exercising our second article right to bear arms. By not partaking in Admiralty courts (which idiot McLaren of Republic of Texas fame screwed me into doing under the pretext of defending common law and jurisdictional issues..boy did he screw up…listen to Bill Cooper’s January 8, 1996 Hour of the Time broadcast! Plus, under the common law of right to travel, why did he want me in a court where I had to “prove” my “privilege to drive”?), and defending as much as possible the other articles. As a writer, NO ONE is gonna tell me I cannot practice freedom of speech, and, as a true believer on Christ, no one is gonna tell me I cannot practice the word of Christ, which is also practicing the Bill of Rights (and freedom of AND FROM religion!). Now, “reader”, are you practicing what you preach? Or are you saying we need a “yellow vest” movement in a nation with the right to bear arms? Do you really expect folks who have no clue as to the Bill of Right to exercise such? And if it’s a “leader” you want, I’d say Henry and Laura are doing their jobs! (Because if you don’t educate folks first, a Rick “get the UN’s approval for the Republic of Texas” McLaren is what you are gonna get!)

    1. Well, I just read your comment Erianna and now I think I understand why you wrote it. But I am a writer (novelist and blogger as well), so that is one reason I “write” but I do not write “mere words.” Not only does Henry as well as Laura inspire me, but so does God, the Author of all Natural Rights and the inspiration for Common Law and yes, the Bill of Rights (which, if Jesus was around today, he would also defend.)

    3. DL, and you are one of few. I applaud you for standing up. There are few too many who do.
      Yes, Henry educates and does very well. I’ve told Henry before that listening to him is like listening to my husband. Two peas in a pod. Unfortunately there are too many who like to be keyboard commandos and speak a good game but when things get serious they derail or allow themselves to be derailed.
      As I’m typing this, my husband is sounding like Henry. He’s saying that for 30 plus years it’s always been the same circle of “we have to educate. Then we need to prepare.” Then when things get serious it’s back to “educate”. Yet anyone above the age of 10yrs old has the ability of having a smartphone at their fingertips and yet they, themselves, refuse to educate themselves. It isn’t the job of anyone, anywhere to pound this into anyone’s head (lead a horse to water- can’t make them drink…). So when it comes down to it, this will never change, we will continue to lose our rights, and at the end of the day….the masses don’t matter.

    3. And here lies the problem and why things will continue why they will. THIS right here is WHY nothing will get fixed. The beautiful change of subject on serious matters. There’s a time and place for everything and when things start swinging to the serious side there’s always someone who has to change it and derail everyone. The beauty of it all is those that allow themselves to be derailed and follow that track all the while screaming that they back up the Bill of Rights and want change. This is how it always is and always will be and nothing will change until belief becomes a conviction. Apparently not all are convinced. Thank you for proving my point. Have a great Christmas!

          1. Heat wave. In the 40’s. LOL Very grateful it isn’t the snow and the -15+ temps of last year (not to mention the horror and loss). However, the memories keep flooding in and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t having a tough time. Breaks my heart that Laura is going through anything remotely close to what I went through. 🙁

  9. Erianna, I do feel your deep concern, yet in the struggle, we cannot forget who we are. We are not all somber and dry, but we are naturally colorful and joy-oriented. These times would take everything from us. Are we not permitted a bit of cheer to re-energize our selves for the struggle. And will you tell me what you yourself are doing to advance The Bill of Rights? You assert, “… this will never change, we will continue to lose our rights, and at the end of the day….the masses don’t matter.” We matter tremendously, and I cannot embrace defeatism.   10. I guarantee everyone on here that’s posting has at one point or another admitted the government, bankers, etc look at us and treats us as property of the state. They never sleep. They never take a break. And this is how they win. Yet, a lot have posted “take a break”, “take a day off”, and you wonder why you’ve lost so much.

      I’m going to make this short, on account of it is Christmas morning and I intend to enjoy this day to the best of my ability, considering the hard situation we are facing here as a family.
      There was no mention Charlie, who though he is a cheap son of a bitch who has never offered a dime to help us, he has embraced and put into application the knowledge.
      You see, Erianna, we are going to celebrate Christmas and I am no Christian, but Christmas is a part of the culture of my people. Just like the statues they want to tear down.
      The information in the mandamus, if understood, can be applied to every condition of treachery we face and it will. A lot more people every day are understanding how the apparatus works and so we will build upon that.
      As for brother Flee, this site would not be here if not for his sacrifice, and his sacrifice has been more than monetary as he has suffered consequences for doing what it took to keep this site up and running.
      Make no mistake, they fear us because we are educated and have no problem laughing right in their face. The mandamus will be the push because it can be issued in every instance of violation, probably sooner than later it will have to be challenged. The mandamus is correct and the only way to challenge it is through the direct act of treason.
      So when you speak about nobody doing anything, speak about doing nothing, I have to ask, do you understand the mandamus to the point that you are confident in writing your own and issuing it?
      This has been a building process. The last words spoken before the bullets fly will be via the mandamus in a situation that forces the treason to a violent level. Because they are not going to stop just because we can assert correctly by law they are committing treason.
      I don’t know what particular incidents are going on in your life that would compel you to speak one word of defeatism to the only people fighting the true fight, just because they decided to have a little fun on Christmas Eve.
      I’ve been doing this for thirty years. I have never been a defeatist, even when I’ve had my bones broken and my blood spilled and served time as a documented political prisoner. If you check your history it was ten years from the Boston Massacre until Lexington and Concord.
      I know the uprising is going to occur. How do I know? Because they cannot stop and they want more and more every day. And every day there is another person forced to realize that there is only one way out. Hell, it’s been twenty years since I fought them in the courts and did my political time and never once have I considered any other possibility than the uprising that is coming and the inevitability that a people fighting for freedom and liberty, home and hearth, are going to smash the paid mercenaries that have been hired to destroy us.
      You keep saying that nothing has been done, but I have boxes of documents that have challenged right up to the point of shifting a round in the gun and sending their asses packing. You are not going to see publicized the masses of discontent that grow more volatile every day.
      I guess we are celebrating Christmas, at least I am, as an act of defiance. Like my brother Flee, I will indulge this day with alcohol and marijuana, because my enemy is not going to take this away from me. If you look at the enemy, they are a pathetic lot.
      It hasn’t been like the same old education that we have seen in the past, this education has been directed at the individual and once the individual truly understands their rights, they will defend them, as there is no option.
      If the laughter here puts you off and you feel you have to do something on Christmas, get the CDs from Mary and get to spreading the truth. This isn’t some gimmick, this is the truth that has been withheld by too many who could have offered it sooner. Until it is understood and people just refuse to utilize it, there could be no complaint. Understand this, the mandamus I wrote is just the final document in a document building process I have endeavored in for thirty years.
      Here I sit, early Christmas morning explaining that which should be obvious.
      The mercenary can simply be ordered to kill and it kills. The reasonable man or woman does not kill for pleasure or money, but becomes lethal when their progeny is threatened. Getting the information to the masses is the trial right now and you do not understand the mass resources we are pitted against.
      I have said since the beginning it will be our numbers that will defeat their mammon and it will be because being the most educated people in this country, we still have the tenacity to laugh in their face and do whatever we goddamn well please on any day of the year.
      You seem like a good person, but no more defeatism. There are no defeatists in the Trenches. Do you understand your Bill of Rights and how to apply it correctly from the pen to the pistol? Then it is your duty and your husband’s to lead by example. There are people who have been fighting this fight for real for a lot of years, and though you think there have been no results, I tell you without us and the work we have done in holding back the tide until more can figure it out, you would already be disarmed and dead in a ditch.
      If you want to criticize people for being meaningless, you are in the wrong place. There is no other gathering like the Trenches and by God, we celebrate Christmas. This is one of those things that we will guard.
      As far as who to issue the lawful orders to, pick one and go for it if your mind is settled that you are correct to the point that you are prepared to kill and die for your beliefs. And never say that nobody has done anything. There is so much that has been done that you do not even know about and so many have suffered doing it, they can’t be counted. The reason you can sit and complain in limbo is because so many have fought so viciously over the last thirty years to reach the point to where we can call the enemy to task.
      It is six o’clock in the morning here and I have taken the time on Christmas in the middle of a family crisis to try to explain to you that you need to get past your frustration. Thousands and thousands of copies of the mandamus are out there. Those educated enough to apply it are multiplying every day.
      When we laugh, laugh with us, because you are fortunate enough to be with the best of the best, those with the ability to laugh even as they are pulling the trigger. Now if you think this one day is going to make a difference, then that is your individual conscience at work.
      Send me your mailing address and tell me how many copies of the information you want to hand out, realizing of course that apparatus created by the information is at work, right now, even on Christmas, pushing and shoving and moving things into position for the fight.
      You might want to take a minute and thank old Flee for what he has done to keep these acts in motion.
      Bottom line, you have some mean mother f-kers on this site and we exercise full liberty in our speech and how we conduct ourselves, and if you think you dare criticize us, I’m sorry, but we’ll have to file you as insignificant and caution you, there is no defeatism here, because we are smart enough to know better and have confidence in our people’s ability to fight. And like I said, we have been fighting all along.
      You know why they haven’t taken your guns yet? because they f-king can’t. You know why they f-king can’t? because of people like us and the fact that we don’t compromise our rights.
      So I guess if nothing else, you f-king forced me to work on Christmas so you better have your own ass in gear getting that email to me so I can get it to Mary.

        What’s so sad Henry Is when I wrote this it was Because I thought you all were like minded and serious. We won a jackpot that would allow us to pay our bills for a couple months with a grand left over and we thought of you.
        Thank you for reminding me the very reason I do not blindly donate to anyone. So I guess the next time you, along with everyone else is complaining about the lights on the verge of being turned off, maybe you’ll see why.
