The Common Sense Show – by Dave Hodges
As a trained researcher, I appreciate the virtue of simplicity. You’ve probably heard this admonition before: The simplest explanation is usually the right one. Even police detectives use it to deduce who’s the likeliest suspect in a murder case. Physicians often use the principle to determine the illness behind a set of symptoms. This line of reasoning is called Occam’s razor.
Occam’s razor is utilized in numerous ways throughout the world as a means to decipher a problem or situation and eliminate all the extraneous variables. In other words, simplicity is your best friend. When faced with a decision on which is the m0ost likely strategy to be successful, generally, the most simple choice is your best bet.
For example, does Congress serve your needs, yes or no? Don’t complicate the issue. Can you even name one thing that this administration has done to help the middle class? Please name me just one thing that Obama has done to improve your life….
What has Obama done to strengthen the family? What has Obama done to improve the education of your children? What has Obama done to improve the economic plight of the American people? The SIMPLE truth is that Obama has not done a thing to help one American, not even one time. By using the principle of Occam’s Razor, it should be easy to determine if Obama is your enemy and needs to regarded as such in all matters.
Christianity Is America’s Last Hope
All of our social institutions have been corrupted and taken over by the forces of evil that we most often refer to as the New World Order. There is not even one institution which reflects the values of your family. If you doubt the veracity of this statement, then please answer the following questions.
Raise your hand if you parents feel that your child’s, anything goes, government school reflects the moral values of your family?
Raise your hand if you feel that our entertainment industry, which embraces every perversion known to man, reflects the moral values of your family?
Raise your hand if you feel the government reflects your belief in hard work, fairness and truly is representative of the moral values of your family?
These institutions are serving an agenda which is far different than you are teaching to your children. If you wonder why your children stray so far from their teachings, I have just identified three reasons why this is true.
Many feel that the one institution that has the capability to defend the beliefs that we hold dear is the church. Along these lines, I have one more question.
Raise your hand if you feel that the Church takes a stand against infanticide, wars of occupation that kill millions of innocent people, corrupt politicians, sexual perversion and government corruption? I must be addressing people who either have no arms or who are horribly discouraged.
For most of you, your church has abandoned you just like the government, the entertainment industry and the schools. Where is a person to turn?
Christians Need to Embrace Occam’s Razor
If you are a true Christian, you must be really concerned about what is taking place inside of your church. The Bible says that to whosoever’s voice you will listen to, that he is your master. “He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God” (John 8:47).
To further Satan’s own success he must have a church, and this church will teach that Satan is God. In order to accomplish this goal, Satan must be very careful, very deceptive, very secretive. We are witnessing the silent takeover of the Church by the forces of evil in the Department of Homeland Security, the IRS and the government as a whole.
Above all else, the church should be calling government officials out when they violate the word of God. But instead, we are witnessing the opposite. Government doctrine is replacing the word of God in a furtherance of the grand deception.
All Hail the Government
The church has forsaken its role as the moral authority in the country and instead it is adopting the secular notion that government is all-knowing and all-powerful.
The forces of deception must employ more cunning here than ever before. No one must know that it is Satan’s church, and no one must find out that the modern-day church is the way to Hell. Christians have become confused because the doctrines and dogma of the religion have been complicated in order to obfuscate the truth.
In particular, Christians are the single most common group that needs to pay attention to the principles of parsimony. First of all, the Christian religion is based upon simplicity in which one is called to believe that Jesus is the son of God. Salvation comes through belief in Jesus Christ. Is it really that simple? Evil is long (i.e. the tax codes) and beauty and truth are simple (i.e. the principles of Christianity).
Christian doctrine does not teach that salvation comes from serving the government, but your church is teaching exactly that.
The modern interpretation of Romans 13 is pure blasphemy. This scripture has been morphed into a doctrine espousing the “Divine Right of Kings” in which God has somehow chosen a king to ruthlessly rule over a people and it is incumbent upon the people to accept their “God-given fate”, The flock are commanded to “…submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established.” This false interpretation is nothing but a divine coronation of a ruthless, self-serving government and Christians are expected to capitulate and honor the same kind of thievery, lawlessness and murder which inspired Jesus to expel the moneychangers from the Temple. All hail the holy government.
What Kind of God Would Allow This?
The Clergy Response Team falls under the umbrella series of programs known as National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (NOVAD) which is a non-profit, member organization which shares knowledge and resources throughout a disaster. These organizations are run by DHS/FEMA! This DHS/FEMA sponsored organization helps to prepare, respond, recover and to mitigate the damage caused by some unknown disaster presumably which lies in the future of humanity. However, this is the same organization which is training to confiscate guns and to use lethal force against protesters. Where is it written in the scripture that your pastor is to serve the secular Clergy Response Team? This, in all likelihood makes your pastor an employee of the federal government. Oh, and it gets worse.
According to the Internal Revenue Service, no substantial part of a religious, tax exempt church may engage in any activity which may be attempting to influence legislation and the church may not intervene in political campaigns. In other words, if the government decides to secretly disappear dissidents, the church must remain silent or risk losing its tax exemption. If the government continues to expand its infanticide policies by extending the murder of babies to include post-delivery abortion, then the church must remain silent. If the government engages in any heinous, genocidal act, such as the murder of 1.2 million Iraqis, under the false pretense of looking for weapons of mass destruction, the church must remain silent or risk losing the tax advantages for being a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization.
Combine the 501 (c)(3) financial motivation with the DHS inspired NOVAD directive for clergy to remind their flocks of their Christian duty to obey their government under any and all conditions, we are witnessing the neutering of our most precious institution and the ultimate salvation of millions could hang in the balance.
There is clearly a time when Christians should disobey civil authority. Acts 5:27-29 states that “Having brought the apostles, they made them appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the high priest. We gave you strict orders not to teach in this Name,’ he said. ‘Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.’ Peter and the other apostles replied: ‘We must obey God rather than men!’ Could it be more clear that as long as the law of the land does not contradict the law of God, Christians are commanded to obey the government. However, if the law of the government contradicts God’s word, Christians are commanded to disobey the government and obey God’s law.
The 501-C-3 tax exemption = 30 pieces of silver.
The Solution
As America faces her biggest challenges in the days ahead, a strong, viable and strong faith is needed to weather the storm that is coming. The government has weakened your anchor of faith in much the same way that it has compromised the schools. So what is a good Christian to do?
What have parents done in response to schools who stand for nothing and embrace anti-family values? They have taken their children out of the schools and formed associations with other parents who have done the same.
The solution with regard to who controls the Church, the IRS or the Christians, has a solution. The answer is simple. Respectfully withdraw your membership from your tax exempt church and form a small Bible study group with friends and family. Keep the numbers low so that you do not run afoul of local zoning ordinances. Do not exchange money as this will give the IRS authority over you. After all, how much money do you need to run a home Bible study? You need a Bible, a voice and a place to sit. Your group can reach out to similar like-minded groups in order to criticize the government for its heinous positions on abortion and unwarranted wars of occupation. And if you are not a tax exempt organization, you may place blame where blame belongs as well as lobby for change. The churches of today need to crumble. Their pastors need to get a real job instead of pretending to serve the word of God. The authority of God, the Bible, needs to be taken back from the IRS, DHS, FEMA and money-serving pastors. If all Christians were to follow these suggestions, the Church, as we know it, would crumble. And the large-scale, money serving, government beholding churches need to fail. They need to be replaced by people who only have the goals of serving God. Please let me remind you of the admonition, “Thou shall have no other Gods before me”.
Some will criticize these solutions as being too simplistic. To that criticism, I would say “thank you” because I know from my life in academia, that Occam’s Razor works when it is applied properly.

“…Could it be more clear that as long as the law of the land does not contradict the law of God, Christians are commanded to obey the government. However, if the law of the government contradicts God’s word, Christians are commanded to disobey the government and obey God’s law…”
I quote this for all you folks out there who throw Romans 13 in my face continually and in the faces of other fellow Christians who KNOW EXACTLY for whom Romans 13 was written: for the authorities and magistrates! Romans 13 FORBIDS these people from using the law to oppress the people and FORBIDS these people from abusing and destroying the Law of God!
And let’s not forget the rest of Romans 13 about taxes. For most on here already know that the IRS, an enforcement arm of the Federal Reserve PRIVATELY OWNED BANK, came about through the illegal “ratification” of the 16th Amendment on top of the Unconstitutional Act of 1871. In other words, Christians ought to be finding a way to avoid paying taxes that they do not lawfully have to pay.
Finally, it is mostly either Christian Zionists and “Sojourner” liberal-types who are the ones throwing Romans 13 in my face, and the few “legalists” around here I know.
I don’t know what kind of a “church” the
writer of this article attends ….
but I have a pretty good idea.
The majority of churches, regardless of the
denomination, are liberal.
Checking their statement of faith is a good
place to start. If they fail basic Christian
doctrine, then more than likely, they’re liberal.
Liberal churches are a breeding place for
corruption. Now don’t get me wrong, there are
liberal churches who have a few decent folks
in attendance. But these folks should seriously
consider their options.
Anyway, back to the point…..
That is:
“What kind of a church are YOU attending ?”
If they’re telling nice sterile stories, instead of
Preaching the word of God. Then you’re not in a
real church…. You’re in a social club.
If they’re not taking a stand for Life….
Then you’re in a humanist cult.
If they’re not Men of God, and are afraid of
offending weak minded people….
You’re in a politically correct coven.
Friends,
“It’s time for the Men of God to stand for truth
and righteousness ! Just as our founders did.”
“It’s time the passion for what’s right, and the
rule of Law, to come into view on the plane of
Truth and Reason !”

PARACLETE
It seems to me that most organized (so called christian gatherings) are nothing more than churchianity, having nothing to do with true scripture. if their not in line with scripture then they are satanic, in my view.
“The answer is simple. Respectfully withdraw your membership from your tax exempt church and form a small Bible study group with friends and family.”
Sorry but starting a Bible Study has already put many people in jail and fined them of hundreds of dollars. The government will either throw around their penal codes or they will say you are “congregating” or “conspiring against the government”. Kinda reminds me of practicing religion in China. Just worship according to the government. So sad.
NC
ya know as understand, scripture says “where 2 or 3 are gathered together in My name, there I am in the midst of them” so what’s wrong with having a few friends over, having a cook out and talking about whatever comes up don’t ya know. As I understand it, in those days they just gathered together to talk about the Lord, in their homes. Not in a beautiful building that glorifies a man and not God.
Sounds great, Paul. Except you might want to tell it to these families who got fined for having a Bible Study in their homes.

Also gatherings of 4 or more people in public can be considered “congregating” in some cities in the Northeast and subject to fines under city penal codes. Sad ain’t it.
Check out the 6:20 mark.
wow that video is totally unreal. communist state of mind.
Yep. Truly sad world we are living in.
It’s amazing how this officer and many others can quote Penal codes off the top of their heads, but for some reason they can’t recite the Constitution or Bill of Rights which supersedes it.
yes I agree. I must say that i don’t know it verbatim though.
i scanned the three posts you listed. none of this, in my opinion, should be happening. However i wonder if any of these “home bible studies” are under the 501 c3 umbrella.
See the video above, too.
Not long after I discovered the 501(c)(3) agenda, I left the Lutheran church (corrupted anyway, as all the mainline churches are).
I now attend Calvary Chapel South Bay. Everyone brings their own Bibles, and we read out of them right along with the pastor. The other thing I really like about this church is that our pastor reads exclusively from the KJV, the only valid translation, and the only one I read anymore.
I asked only one question before switching to this church:
“Are you a 501(c)(3) church?”
The answer was a vehement “NO!”
She knew exactly what I was talking about, and why I had asked that one question.
Hey #1 You made a good move. KJV is another good move. I try to judge all so called churches, and their leaders in the light of the KJV. That said, so far i have not been able to find a gathering that subscribes to that criteria in the town where in i live. I communicate with like believers on the net including this site for my fellowship with believers.
There are MANY false teachers and doctrines out there, Paul.
Not as if we haven’t been warned, though.
yep. nothing can be trusted accept scripture.
For a fact.
