Woman Accuses Special Counsel Robert Mueller Of Raping Her In 2010

Disclaimer: As ANP maintained during the spectacle of the Kavanaugh confirmation and vote, an accusation is not enough to presume guilt upon the accused, despite claims by liberals and liberal media pundits that all “women should be believed,” there is a standard in America of “innocent until proven guilty.”

In yet another October Surprise, we see that an unnamed woman (name to be supposedly announced in a Thursday press conference, according to her lawyer), is accusing Special Counsel Robert Muller of raping her in 2010, while he was still the Director of the FBI.  

Mueller’s office has already released a statement by spokesman Peter Carr, which said “When we learned last week of allegations that women were offered money to make false claims about the Special Counsel, we immediately referred the matter to the FBI for investigation.”

We’ll get into the details behind that assertion after detailing the accusation itself, by way of documents released on Tuesday by Gateway Pundit, which begins with a brief background before documenting the accusation.

THE ACCUSATION

The background category states “On or about October 1, 2018, [Redacted] reached out to [Redacted] regarding the possibility of investigating an incident of rape dating back to August, 2010. [Redacted] had previously worked with [Redacted] on an estate matter, in February of 2018. [Redacted] began investigating [Redacted] accusations, in order to determine their provability and current standing. Over the following weeks, [Redacted] gathered forensic evidence, circumstantial evidence, eye-witness accounts and other forms of evidence. The findings of that investigation are presented in this document.

While allegations are not proof of guilt, there are some notable differences between this accuser and Christine Blasey Ford who accused Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in the early-to-mid 1980s, where she couldn’t specify a date, or an exact year, nor the location and she couldn’t remember how she got to the location or how she got home.

This yet-unnamed accuser gave an exact date and location, which are points that can be easily confirmed or debunked by records from the St. Regis Hotel in Manhattan, to at least determine if Former FBI Director Mueller had a room on August 2, 2010.

As to the rape allegation, the investigative report says she claimed she called and spoke to a friend of the alleged event that night, so depending on whether that friend can confirm that conversation took place, she may or may not have at least some corrboration.

Further muddying the waters, the “investigative” company cited in the documents above, Surefire Intelligence, appears to have been created by Jacob Wohl, who many of the left consider a right-wing troll, and are using his connection to cast doubt on the entire claim against Mueller.

That connection was enough to have Gateway Pundit take down the original documents until they could investigate further.

We left them up because Jack Burkman, using his Twitter and Facebook accounts, is pushing back against the claim that Wohl’s connection in any way effects his clients claim.

Via Burkman, after Wohl’s connection was revealed, via Twitter, “The allegations of paying a woman are false.  The left is trying to defend Mueller against sex assault allegations so they attack me in desperation. The establishment media knows that Mueller may go down over this–they want to deflect attention.”

In a follow up statement, he linked his Facebook account and a post he made at around 8pm ET, stating “The Special Counsel once again has abused his power. He ordered the FBI to investigate whether I paid a certain woman. The only problem is that this woman–Lorraine Parsons–doesn’t exist. Mueller acted without doing the slightest bit of research. He has but one goal: deflect attention from him on to me. Well Bob, by week’s end, our nation will know you as nothing but a sex offender.”

Note– The reference to “Lorraine” comes from a copy of a “tip” sent to multiple news outlets, shown in a screenshot below.

MUELLER’S OFFICE CLAIMS WOMEN WERE ‘OFFERED MONEY’ TO MAKE ‘FALSE CLAIMS’

The same day the Gateway Pundit published the documents, and Jack Burkman tweeted about the presser he is scheduling, multiple outlets reported that Robert Mueller’s office had referred allegations that some women were “offered money” to make “false claims” about him, to the FBI for investigation.

Burkman has frequently called on President Donald Trump to fire Mueller, along with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who oversees the special counsel, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who had recused himself from interfering in the probe.

He even offered a $25,000 reward to any whistleblower who could offer concrete evidence of FBI wrongdoing in those investigations, The Washington Times reported in February.

The special counsel’s office confirmed to CNBC that it learned about the “scheme” from journalists who had been approached by a woman alleging that she had been offered $20,000 by Burkman “to make accusations of sexual misconduct and workplace harassment against Robert Mueller.”

Note – Burkman has also previously offered $130,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the mysterious murder of DNC operative Seth Rich during the 2016 presidential campaign season. That murder case remains unsolved.

Evidently Mueller’s office claim was due to a woman that contacted multiple reporters claiming that a man with a British accent contacted her, claiming it was on behalf of his boss Jack Burkman, and offered to pay off her credit card debt, and provide her with a $20,000 check if she would “make accusations of sexual misconduct and workplace harassment against Robert Mueller.”

On Tuesday, the same day that the rape accusation, and the comment from team Mueller was reported, Huffington Post and New York Magazine writer Yashar Ali, provided a redacted screen shot of the “Urgent News Tip,” they and other journalists received from this woman.

He prefaced the screen shot with a statement “13 days ago I received this tip alleging an attempt to pay off women to make up accusations of sexual misconduct against Special Counsel Bob Mueller. Other reporters received the same email. Now the Special Counsel’s office is telling us they’ve referred the matter to the FBI.”

The problem with that “tip” is reporters are casting doubt on it, as subsequent tweets from Ali explain, starting with his follow up on the tip and his first statement, saying “2. Keep in mind this woman has been unreachable to every reporter I’ve spoken to. But we do know that Jack Burkman (Seth Rich conspiracy theorist) has been pushing this line about Mueller and what makes this newsworthy now is that Mueller has referred this to the FBI.”

His follow ups, including a statement from a New Yorker writer, shown below in a screen shot:

If Mueller’s referral to the FBI to investigate stems from “Lorraine’s” tip to news outlets, without anything else, it should be a short investigation because it appears her claim to having had worked with Mueller in 1974, cannot be confirmed, as the New Yorker’s Jane Meyer states above that no “Lorraine” worked with Mueller at the company she named.
