Aerial footage captures severe erosion of Oroville Dam’s emergency spillway

Local authorities claim that around 200,000 people were evacuated in less than a day, out of fear of an imminent flood due to erosion of the structure, or even dam’s collapse.
The Californian Department of Water Resources reportedly unleashing up to 100,000 cubic feet per second from heavily wrecked spillway in a bid to drain Oroville lake.
The evacuation order has been expanded to Butte and Yuba Counties, which are located downstream from California’s second largest water reservoir.

  1. A disaster caused by the drooling morons in Sacramento. They were warned over ten years ago this dam was in dire need of repair. Instead of fulfilling their duty to the taxpayers, the criminal politicians decided to spend more than twice the cost of repairing this dam on illegal immigrants and being sanctuary cities. They should all be in prison for this.
