I wonder if the words Trump spoke were forced on him? He seemed altered. Maybe he thought he wouldn’t have to kowtow quite so much. But it’s all in the family. He looks muzzled. There’s something different here. Coercion? Threat? Body language is defeat and resentment. Voice tone seems to be hiding rage. Usual humor and bravado no where to be found. He seems demoralized. We don’t know what happens behind closed doors. All this would be easier to bear if there weren’t lives in the balance, not to mention freedom.
