Internet is out again and our mobile hotspot is running to slowly to post articles.

Our mobile hotspot which has three bars on it and previously worked well in my house will barely allow us to post this Trencher Alert.  But if we go a mile from my house, it rips, now explain that one to me.

We are working the problem from every angle available to us.

There is a new internet company here in Chiloquin, but of course right now it is only for those with business licenses, though they say they will be offering it to all soon.  We are signed up to be notified when available.

This is the best we can do. Apologies.

UPDATE: Guess what?  The internet just came back on, so we will go onward with the broadcast.  I can’t promise you that it will not go out again before noon or during the broadcast.  I don’t know if this is a level of incompetence that can’t be matched or deliberate diddling.  The message that the internet would not be back up until 3:00 was definitely a lie.  We will be on the air at 12:00 … maybe.  Continue reading “Trencher Alert”

Apparently our internet went out as soon as I started the broadcast.

I did my broadcast for about twenty minutes before realizing I had no internet.

The archive will be posted, I suggest you listen to it, maybe you can figure out why my internet went out.

Laura and her sisters made the final arrangements for her mom yesterday.

This morning, I received a call informing me that my sister’s son died of a heart attack last night at the age of 36. He had taken the Covid shot recently in order to keep his job, but I’m sure that had nothing to do with it. These mother f-kers have killed my family now.

My sister is in South Carolina and her son lived in Texas, so me and my siblings have a lot to work out.

I’ll be back as soon as I can.

It is a tough situation and it is only going to get worse.  So we wait.

We just got notice that Laura’s mom has taken a turn for the worse. We have to go to town.
