Stupid cop tells me to pull over at the next intersection. Gets pissed when I do exactly that. Immediately starts barking unlawful orders. I’ve been traveling this road over a 1000 times the past six years. Always set my cruise at about 4mph over the limit because my phone sounds an alarm when I exceed the limit by more than 5 mph.
Cop claims I was going 65 in a 50. He is either lying or has faulty equipment. Speeding, yet another victimless crime the government uses to steal your money.
This dude handled these cops!
Also, it was interesting that he actually called the cops sovereign citizens, and not himself. I comprehend why he didn’t claim the title, but why them?
Because they were doing whatever they pleased, and had guns. They were acting under no law. At least that’s the way I read it. He was just throwing back in their faces.
Really liked it when he told them to go fk their mother. That took some balls.

I found this encounter draw-dropping. I want to cultivate the ability to respond that strongly and clearly. I know it is about becoming more confident and educated in knowing my rights, and in the context of their false laws. I hope we hear how this turned out for the guy in the admiralty court.

There could be alot more behind this we don’t know. Questions for both sides. Always say you were travelling. Saying driving has a pay connotation.Easy on the escalation. Would the dash cam capture the cruise control and speedometer as it happened for real? Then be quiet and pay hundreds for a good lawyer. Frustrating? Yes. Fair ? No.
