Dr. Tom’s Christmas Recipe for Irish Cream Liqueur

1 to 1 3/4 cups of your favorite liquor (Bourbon, Brandy, Canadian Mist, Shine, Rum, Irish or Rye Whiskey)

1 14 Oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

1 cup (1/2 pint) coffee or whipping cream.

4 eggs.

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup.

1/2 or less teaspoons instant coffee.

1 or less teaspoons vanilla extract.

1/2 teaspoon walnut extract.

Mix in blender until smooth – serve cold or mix in coffee.
