It just occurred to me that WE are the regulators!! We regulate OURSELVES. Like practicing self-control, or honing self-respect, or self-determinism. Self-regulation puts the power back with the individual. The individual is the decider, the planner, the REGULATOR. He or she is, of course, free to learn from or cooperate with whomever he or she chooses.
They think they own the word regulate, that it only belongs to them. What a power-trip of illusion. But how sweet it is to watch the illusion as it fades and makes way for free individuals.
