What is the definition of Insurrection?
Here it is: The act or an instance of open revolt against civil authority or a constituted government.
Does it define the present state we are in? It is not always the people in revolt. It is the Federal Government defying the Constitution and the rule of law. Using the end justifies the means, breaking the law all the way. President Barrack Obama’s actions have been an act of war against the American people. He swore an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. Everything he has done has been to undermine the Constitution. He sees himself as a law unto himself. He is acting as a dictator or a king making edicts or decrees.
Our Country has been taken over by offshore bankers and multinational corporations. Their puppet politicians are waging war on our freedoms and our way of life. They are using the force of government to attack the law-abiding people and economic freedom. They are using the force of government with the color of law to attack what is good and whole. They take an oath then turn right around and disregard our form of government and the restrictions the Constitution placed on them in office.
We no longer have a lawful government in Washington DC anymore. They have rigged the elections with electronic voting machines. They are attacking free speech. They are using jack booted thugs to terrorize organic farmers and raw milk distributors. The TSA disregards the Constitution and puts people on the no-fly list without the accused confronting the accusers. They are acting outside of law to shut down coal power plants and harass Firearm dealers.
Do we have a government involved in insurrection against the people? Yes we do, because they have declared war on us. We never started it. They are provoking people to act. This is why the people at large and the militia are buying guns in record numbers. As the second amendment of the bill of rights that was adopted by congress and ratified to be part of the Constitution says:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
In Article 1 section 8 say about the purpose of the militia:
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions.
We have an insurrection that has taken over the government and using the banner of government to carry out lawlessness against the people. It is my hope a populace armed to the teeth will suppress an insurrection by staying ready to fight. As Ronald Reagan stated, having “peace through strength” we can deter the tyrants from oppressing the population.
We have to acknowledge our Constitutional form of government and our republic is now dead. We have a lawless cartel using the power of government to dominate, steal, kill, and destroy humanity. They no longer secure our borders nor protect the people from fraud. The give aid and comfort to our enemies and the robber barons.
The militia is the population, at large, of all able bodied people with arms to resist tyranny. The other side that wants us disarmed has not our best interest at heart. Accept the fact that the government is the force of insurrection against a free people. If we accept it as a fact we can start to deal and remedy the problem peacefully or by force. At this point, by arming ourselves we are showing peace through strength in numbers with arms. The corrupt government will collapse, hesitating and we can have our republic back with little no bloodshed at all. Let’s hope it is peaceful with the corrupt falling, not with gnashing of teeth, but with a whimper.
We have a choice. Stand up and resist. Expose the corruption and injustices. We are facing a government sanctioned insurrection against the bill of rights, the Constitution and the people. Why we are armed is to put down insurrections no matter where they come from, an alien faction inside the country or the government. We’re the militia, the last line of defense. What do you think?
