Land Patent Question

I am writing concerning the land patent issue.

I have been battling with a bank that is making fraudulent claims that they have a mortgage connected to my house.

I am presently taking steps to get all of the info pertaining to the patent for my land but in the meantime I have a court date in a couple of weeks.

So I was wondering what I should present in court given that I will not have secured the land patent by the time the court date comes around.

Anyone who has  info re. this issue I’d greatly appreciate your insights!

Thanks
-Julie

  1. “I have been battling with a bank that is making fraudulent claims that they have a mortgage connected to my house.”

I understand you said this is fraudulent. On what grounds other than fraud are they making this claim?

Can you prove that this bank has no mortgage connected to your house?

  2. You need to know the state and federal laws pertaining to your land. My aunt in Alaska fought the federal government and won the deed to her land because the state issued a homestead on land they didn’t own. It was owned by the federal government. It took her thirty or more years of fighting, but she got her deed. She did not hire an attorney, but kept every scrap of paper and used it against them. They finally backed down. The key is to keep fighting and ask for everything in writing. You’ll find bureaucracy’s don’t like confrontation. As for banks; they are jew controlled and you are a goy.

  3. Julie, did the bank send you a copy of the documents that they claim to hold? If not, call and request them immediately. Then, IF you receive them, read them noting if another bank sold the mortgage, etc.

If you do not receive them, let the court know that you are waiting for the bank to produce the copies of the documents that they claim they have regarding the mortgage on your property that you requested from them because you never contracted anything with that bank (if that is true).

If it is a contract sold by the bank you had a mortgage with to another bank, start NOW to research if you are bound by a contract you did NOT agree to in the state you are in.

Had the same sort of problem except that there has never been a mortgage on this property, it was settled on before this area was a state, before there were cars /grin. But one thing to know is that they take people’s property all the time unlawfully. So read contract law in your state, and read all your paperwork (fine print also) regarding your property.

Read, re-read, any and all papers you have regarding your property.

    Good luck!
