  1. The people you see in the shot are a combination of mexican sorters, an inspection guy who is testing the potatoes and the farmer and his sons. He was telling me that it’s much cheaper just to load trailer this way and not use bags which is a little strange, but it is what it is.

    1. The whole semi gets put on a huge tilting mechanism in Calif and literally dumps the load out. Everything tilts way up and it just pours out. I’ll show you when I get to the drop.
