For an end-of-year surprise from Obamacare, millions of Americans could find Obama’s healthcare officials choosing a plan for them instead of allowing people to make their own choices. It seems that Obamacare is about to impose those changes without taking any consideration of current medical conditions and without bothering to determine whether people have coverage or ongoing medical concerns.
It looks like Obama has decided that millions of Americans are just too stupid to figure out how to handle their own healthcare and will by fiat simply impose his own ideas on people.
First of all, this is mostly about making sure that Obamacare reaches the fake goals for enrollees that Obama set for his take over of our national healthcare system. He wants to make sure that his arbitrary numbers are reached so he can pretend that Obamacare is a “success.”
But, as The Washington Times notes, Obama is essentially “Grubering” Americans by forcing the plans on them from the top down.
It seems CMS is taking a page from Jonathan Gruber’s book; rather than allowing the “stupid” masses to make a decision on their own health plan, CMS has proposed a new rule that includes an overly reaching provision allowing CMS to re-enroll anyone who has not made the annual trek back to healthcare.gov in a cheaper plan of CMS’ choosing.
That’s right, the government will choose your plan, perhaps limit access to your doctor, and ultimately make the decision on what is “best” for you.
Not to worry, just like Lady Justice, who wears a blindfold when determining guilt or innocence, CMS will use a blindfold to pick your plan. The agency will select your plan without knowing your medical history. They will do so without knowing if you are currently undergoing treatment or working with a specific doctor. They will do so without knowing your financial status. Despite the fact that the millions of people who already enrolled chose the plan that they believed was best for them.
CMS has laid the perfect trap: Sign up at healthcare.gov one time in your life and we will never let you go. If you don’t continually re-enroll each and every year, CMS will keep you on the plan that it chooses because, after all, CMS knows what’s best and they always make the best decision. Oh, and if you don’t believe that, please go to the 600 million dollar website that will give you all kinds of testimonials handcrafted by MIT professors

How can anyone not believe we live in a dictatorship with this kind of crap going on? The whole Obama phony health care lie is nothing but extortion. This all started with forcing drivers to buy auto insurance. Once accepted they could force you to buy anything. And they have.

This entire country gets worse every single day due to unconstitutional activity, and the time for discussing it is behind us. The crimes committed by our government are now obvious to all, and Americans are going to have to decide if they’re going to accept it, change it, or keep hiding from it, praying and pretending that it isn’t really happening.
