It’s only funny because it has a modicum of truth to it. The vast realm of humor is the same. If I walk up to you and say “Iggly Giggly”, you wouldn’t laugh. But if Hillary Clinton had a spasm and said the same thing, followed by “You should really try the chocolate”, you’d crack a smile because there was a modicum of truth involved.
I thought it was powerful satire, and it made me laugh.
