I see these cars all the time when traveling . Down in Wharton Texas they fill these train cars up with automobiles and unload the automobiles to dealers, around the country. They are three decks with a movable bridge that loads the cars they after loading they chain the cars to the sides so they don’t bounce or roll. I have seen it up close and personal.

I agree with Mark. I used to work for the railroad back in the day and these appear to be auto transport cars.
I agree with the above comments. I see them all the time with cars on them.
