You have probably heard something about the crippled nation of North Korea but there aren’t a lot of genuine photos that show the harsh conditions. Korea used to be one nation until the country was divided following World War II, with the North becoming a communist state while the South became a democracy. It is very rare for Western photographers to document the poverty-ridden society under the dictatorship of Kim Jong-un. It is a risky adventure since it is illegal to take photos of everyday life and show them outside the country. Here are some incredible photographs that were smuggled out of the country:

TO TELL THE TRUTH, SOME OF THESE ARE NO DIFFERENT/REMINISCENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND NO DIFFERENT IF YOU MAKE AN HONEST COMPARISON, especially being the direction we are headed to under the patriot act and other actions by our government and legislatures laws……Let me know if you think I’m off point or if you get it.
The only real difference I saw was that North Koreans are a lot skinnier than mostly fat Americans…I’d say (non-GMO) corn and pickled cabbage are a lot healthier than Kraft Mac&Cheese and TV dinners (skinnier, of course, than fatso Kim Jong Un, who is fatter than most Americans are). For the most part, we are headed in the same direction as North Korea is today. An insult to a friend of mine who, as a child with her family, escaped North Korea in the mid-50s.

Here is the real difference between North Korea and the USA:
1. NK is an honest murderous tyranny.
2. The US is a DISHONEST murderous tyranny.
Thats it folks, NK is an honest dictatorship unlike here and they do not pretend to hide it nearly to the same extent.
So, true. One and the same, just on different sides of the same coin.
