The vets have confronted the government. But, what was the main concern voiced, at least in the media? “The shutdown is affecting our benefits!!!” Have we learned nothing? I make another call to a return to SERVICE; to the honor of principle!

If we are going to rally and demonstrate then let it be for real and let it be for the “Problem” not for political agendas. Same with the biker and Trucker rally
These events are being co-opted by the Repubs just as soon as its announced that it will take place. Look how fast Palin and Cruz came running to the Mall. They Play us for the fools we are.
Same thing happened to the defunct Tea Party.
D.C. does not take us seriously and they laugh at us …..we gotta get serious and quit crying over benefits or EBT cards or fuel prices or what have you and start showing up with rope, tar and feathers…….I don’t mean symbolically either!
