A woman who had reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 and had to be isolated at her home was arrested by police officers in protective suits, on the beach of La Zurriola in San Sebastian on Monday
The woman, who was reported to be a life guard, was reportedly spotted surfing by her co-worker, who later called the police.
