French Cabinet to debate emergency powers!
A French Cabinet meeting Wednesday considered extending the state of emergency to three months, which would mean changing the country’s constitution.
The move will give the government powers to control broadcasts, set curfews and restrict the movement of people. Security services will also be able to launch house raids without needing approval from the courts.
Wow Paul, excellent synopsis. Your right, I’m hard-pressed to think of any country in the World that hasn’t seen this ploy.
It just doesn’t make any sense. I recall a quip I read yesterday on this site that mused, “Why should we have to give up our freedoms to protect our freedoms?” It’s pure nonsense when you think about it.
(Oh, by the way, have you ever crooned in your life with that velvety smooth voice?) 😆
That aint me Millard. This guy is pretty smart on some things though. Yes his speaking is pleasant to listen to .
By the way i crooned to my love back in the day. 🙂
Be alert brother.
