As emotions intensify over Trump’s recent immigration ban, the State Department and IRS have quietly used it as a smokescreen to roll out a new policy that targets U.S. citizens for unpaid taxes.
The passports of these individuals can now be revoked and their citizenship status undermined at the behest of one of the government’s most corrupt agencies. By granting the Internal Revenue Service control over passports, due process has been significantly undermined. The shield of protection that U.S. citizenship used to represent has transformed into an inescapable brand of ownership. The desperate financial condition of the federal government will only worsen in the future, forcing it to further consume its own people’s wealth in order to survive. The counterfeit Green Card boom kicked off in 1986 when the Federal law required all employers to verify legal status before hiring an employee. This put a crimp on the illegal work force—if immigrants couldn’t present a Green Card that equaled no job!

House Republicans during a closed-door meeting Tuesday discussed how to protect themselves and their staffs from protesters storming town halls and offices in opposition to repealing Obamacare, sources in the room told Politico.
House GOP Conference Chairwoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers invited Rep. David Reichert, a former county sheriff, to present lawmakers with protective measures they should have in place. Among the suggestions: having a physical exit strategy at town halls, or a backdoor in congressional offices to slip out of, in case demonstrations turn violent; having local police monitor town halls; replacing any glass office-door entrances with heavy doors and deadbolts; and setting up intercoms to ensure those entering congressional offices are there for appointments, not to cause chaos. At least 121 killings within a four-year span were carried out by convicted immigrants who were not deported, according to a 2015 U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee document recently reviewed by el Nuevo Herald.
Every year, federal immigration authorities release foreign nationals convicted of crimes — including murder — both because the U.S. Supreme Court has prohibited indefinite detention or because their countries refuse to take them back even after immigration judges have ordered deportation. ROCKVILLE, MD (ABC7) — A 31-year-old man told police he entered a secure apartment building, broke into a second floor apartment and tried to rape an unsuspecting woman all because he was horny.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A Liberian national was arrested Jan. 10, on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice following an extensive investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and ICE’s Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center (HRVWCC).
Isaac Kannah, 51, of Philadelphia, is charged in an October 2012, indictment with perjury and obstruction of justice. The charges carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Continue reading “Liberian national arrested for perjury, obstruction of justice”
WESTBROOK, ME (The Portland Press-Herald) – Westbrook police say they have arrested three males in connection with a sexual assault on a teenage girl Sunday morning in a room at the Super 8 Motel.

CAMERON COUNTY, TX (CBS News 4) – The remaining defendants in the murder case of Jose Francisco Palacios-Paz learned their fate Friday morning.
Fernando Luna was sentenced to 10 years in prison. His sentence will be probated due to his testimony against the rest of the defendants.
