The chief of the Fresno Police Department took the rare step Wednesday of publicly releasing the body-camera video footage of officers fatally shooting an unarmed 19-year-old man last month — a shooting that has generated fierce protests amid a roiling national debate over police brutality.
Chief Jerry Dyer said at a news conference that he decided to release the graphic videos of officers firing four gunshots into Dylan Noble, a white man, because of the intense public interest in the shooting.
Dyer acknowledged that the footage is “extremely disturbing” to watch, but he said he hoped it would clarify what led officers to stop Noble on June 25 and eventually open fire.
“I anticipate that some of this video will answer many of the questions out there in this community,” Dyer said. “However, I believe this video is also going to raise questions in the minds of people, just as those questions exist in my mind as well.”

Two words come to mind for this situation. Assholes all. Judging by the cops attitudes if the despondent man held BOTH of his hands in sight he would have been tackled. When you know your caught the only rational course is submission. When anyone has a gun on you you do as your told regardless of how you feel about the order given. Unless of course the order is for you to harm someone else of course. On the other side it is the height of cowardice and supremicism to shoot anyone because you believe he has a gun or because you believe YOU are accuser, judge, jury and executioner all in one which is the pinnacle of supremicism. In the article on this the chief says “he appeared to carry an object in his right hand that officers believed could be a weapon”. This statement to me is proof of murder and it would be if these killers were not cops. Gee, who is training cops that their “feelings” and beliefs trump reality and are a valid reason for outright murder? Anyone in his right mind would not shoot until they saw a gun and anyone familiar with guns knows that you have control of any situation where you are already aiming and your opponents weapon is concealed or he has to swing any POSSIBLE weapon around to aim at you. Have we tired of israeli involvement with us yet? GAD! It is past time for the 110th!
I think we’re seeing all of these cop murders because they WANT you to know that cops will be killing people with impunity.
It may outrage many Americans, but more of them will be scared into silence, and meek obedience.
ALL of the cop-murder videos we’ve seen constitute “reign of terror” propaganda.
